I like Little Caesars since the food is inexpensive and it’s close to home. But lately somehow when I order a drink along with the food, it magically disappears even though it shows it on the receipt, and when I ask the drivers they just shake their head no, like they don’t know what’s goin on. I ordered food from them today (8/30/23) and the same thing happened, and I got the same response from this driver, shaking his head no, like he didn’t know what was happening. To top it off, I tried calling them but to let them know, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Needless to say I didn’t get the drink I had bought T_T

They had no pizzas ready so they said it would be a 10 minute wait. After almost 20 minutes we were going to leave. They gave us free cheesey bread to try to console us, and then our pizza was ready. Got in the car before looking at the pizza and drove away. Then realized it was the wrong order. We immediately tried to call the store and the phone rang and rang and rang before they answered and must have just set the phone on the counter. We tried calling back and they then answered and just hung up the phone. Three different times. This store is a complete mess.

This store is way understaffed there should be at least 4 people working. There’s only two laddies working. I don’t recommend coming here . I did a online order .they put my order on the back burner sense I didn’t come in person and ordered .waited 50 mins before the even got to my order. They try to play it off by saying they have a new system .

How do you give someone a raw a** “well-done” pizza. I’m pregnant and I am glad I checked it before I ate this . This is not okay!!! I usually do not post reviews. It’s literally the middle of the week and not busy. Train your staff better. If someone got sick they could definitely sue. Poor food handling.
