Waited 30 minutes while they made my pizza wrong twice – without saying anything to me except for a general announcement of “there was a technical issue, so orders were delayed”. I then watched every customer before and after me get their food while I continued to wait. No apologies, just attitude and (eventually) an overly salted, fixed on the fly, make shift “pretzel crust”. When I asked for my money back the manager Isaiah then took the food to give me a refund and barely seemed to keep his cool. If not for saying something, they would have sent me out the door with my money back, no food, and 30 minutes wasted. Just don’t waste your time with this location.

You would have a good customer service skills… how could sell someone a burnt cold, hot and ready pizza what the actual heck That will be the last time I ever go to that little Caesars. Manager towed my car and two other peoples within the span of an hour. No private property signs, or any signs whatsoever saying I can’t park there which are shown in the photos. (i was also on the side of the building, not in front) Employees then came out to our group and told us to get off their property, and after saying we can’t leave because we don’t have our car, they told us to “Call daddy” and “you can use daddy’s money to pay for it”. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude employees.

Ordered a pizza today… was told via their app it was ready. Walked into amateur hour… again… the employee just started in with excuses… the manager was no help… finally after the excuse train left town they started making another one.. kind of… at that point I walked out… told the employee (who was now outside smoking) to tell her manager to refund my money which they did. I wish this was the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time this has happened but it’s not. This place is a disaster from a standpoint of execution. The management at this store is… well non-existent. If I could get this location shut down believe me I would. Do not waste your time or money here. Nobody there cares and it’s more obvious to me than ever that they should not be in business.

Look. Its okay. If you eat it while it’s still hot after just being cooked it’s pretty decent, in my opinion. However, if it’s been like 4 hours it’s edible and tasteless at best, microwaved or not. I hardly ever go, but it’s cheap and quick. The deep dish is also slightly more tasty than regular, and Im not a deep dish guy.

Delicious! Piping hot delivery! Delivered by Door Dash. Was super excited to see the fast service especially being a third party delivery better than most local delivery drivers out there. Pizza was very good and hot. You could tell it had just come out of the oven and delivered right away.
