Paid extra for 2x mushrooms and this is what I got… 10 pieces of mushroom. Tried calling to resolve the issue, however their voicemail-box is full and the call would not go through. I also had to cook the pizza longer as the dough was borderline still raw. Do better!

Picked up a Hot Ready Sausage pizza tonight about 5 pm. Got home and this could have been a pizza from yesterday for all I know. Crust was hard, cheese was so stiff and the sausage was minimal and dried up. This not the norm for Little Caesars.

Went into the store to place my order tonight. After repeating my order and having the employee behind the counter repeat my order back to me one would assume the order would be correct. When I got home with my pizzas I realized that not one but all of my pizzas were wrong. When I called back and asked that the store make this mistake right, the manager told me to bring the food back. I live on the other side of town and didn’t think it was right for me to have to bring the food back and wait for them to remake the order when my order took longer than expected to begin with. My family will never be ordering food at the Little Caesars ever again. The least Tamilla the manager could do was apologize but I didn’t even get that when I called in to complain.

The customer service today was terrible. I will never return to little Caesars pizza. The guy wouldn’t acknowledge me. All of my pizzas are on the counter, 2 inches in front of my face, and instead he puts it in the hot lock box that I burn myself on trying to get my pizzas out. There’s been efficient and there’s being intelligent and realizing that the guy in front of you is picking the pizza up and you should have a better system. Goodbye.

Beyond upset about the customer service and food quality here. I over heard someone talking about the guy using no gloves and just grabbing the bread sticks and I watched, sure as he’ll, no gloves. This place is nasty. When I presented it to the manager Tamilla she was incredibly disrespectful and showed no concern for food health safety or customer service. I got home and found my entire order to be wrong. Called in and asked for a refund and she said bring the food all the way back and we will refund it. I drove all the way there to be disrespected and get a wrong order and you won’t fix it? Little Caesars, you are worse than the windsor taco bell that got shut down. Close your doors until you find someone who cares about their work.

wow. just wow. Tamilla is terrible. i had so many issues with my order tonight and she said she wasn’t going to do anything about it and i can call corporate. why don’t you worry about the joke of a place you are running and fix your attitude. your customer service is terrible. your attitude is worse. never coming back here and they should really check before employing people like her. worst restaurant in windsor by far.

We went in tonight and Tamilla was beyond rude. We requested a refund and she told us to drive all the way back for it. She screwed up our order and isn’t willing to make it right. Never visiting this place again. Get your act together and hire someone competent.

This pizza is WAY better than it should be for the price you pay. Their Deep Deep Dish is my favorite. The online ordering is easy and the pick-up is smooth. I don’t interact with the staff but I really appreciate their work.
