Busy place for a Thursday night. Short staffed, a bit stressed for the front staff lady. Stayed focused and dedicated, patient and kind. Quality employee shes a keeper and deserves a raise in pay for keeping cool with the highly tense customers waiting for orders.

Super unprofessional. Older woman working the front has very poor customer service skills and is extremely rude. I had no clue ordering 2 pizzas and crazybread that are advertised as “ready” needed to be called in ahead of time. I have never once experienced customer service this horrible at this location. It’s usually our family favorite because of the nice people and friendly service and we have always orderedthe same thing, the same way, and have never had any kind of issue. It’s nearly 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. There should be pizza ready and available. Especially just 2 pepperoni and crazy bread. Extremely disappointed in the quality of HER customer service. I wouldn’t want her representing my company. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do better.

Don’t go here unless you want to pay for food you don’t get. We were missing a pizza, and they tried to blame it on doordash- it was not a door dash issue they simply didn’t put the entire order together for pick up. As far as trying to correct the issue goes- they told me they could remake the pizza, but I’d have to go get it, or I could call a 1800 number for a refund. I didnt have the ability to go to the store at the time (hence opting for delivery in the first place) I called the number and reached out via the website- it’s been over a week, and basically, we aren’t get our refund. Also, the bread sticks were hard as rocks, really weird looking and not edible. I took them out of the box just to take pics and then they went straight into the trash. Wish I had seen the reviews on here because it seems like other people have had the exact same issue. This establishment doesn’t care about customer service and takes money without enforcing any standards

This is the fourth time our pizza was definitely not fresh and burned! When you pick it up it doesn’t fold at all it stays flat and is like cardboard! Honestly you can get better pizza for cheaper through Domino’s when you order online and pick it up! This pizza is disgusting! This location used to not be like this but it has drastically went downhill this past year! This is the last time I will buy from this location!

Ordered online. Pizza was very undercooked and super unevenly “cut.” I say that because we had to cut it at home because the cheese was barely cut through. The staff was nice enough. Unfortunately probably the worst pizza I’ve ever received anywhere. You can see that the bottom of the pizza is virtually dough.

I did an online order from little ceasers website and when the food was delivered, I was missing a whole entire pizza and the other pizza was soaked with oil and the pizza completely fell a part and was inedible. I understand that pizza is oily and unhealthy but this was an excessive amount of oil piled on top of this pizza. When I called the store the manager informed me that I needed to contact doordash because doordash was responsible for delivery.
