Never again! I haven’t had Little Caesars for years ($5 days) cuz I wasn’t super impressed by the quality. However my job got us some as a thank you and I was actually surprised that it was good! So, hungry today I decided to go get some for myself. Big mistake! The quality difference must be something made fresh for delivery vs sitting there for what has to be HOURS. Not cut well – the cheese is practically black – the underside of the pizza both looks and tastes like cardboard – and if I try to eat the crust I’m gonna crack a tooth! I’m a loyal customer to businesses who deserve it but this isn’t one of them. With gas at $5 it wasn’t worth it to me to go have a $7 pizza replaced I just won’t be going back ever again. So if you insist on trying this anyway I highly suggest avoiding hot and ready pizzas and ordering something they’ll have to cook fresh for you. Disgusting!

Mobile order, it was supposed to go into the pizza portal. Ordered at 5:25 with an estimated pickup time of 5:40p. Notified that it was nearly ready at 5:38p, so I decided to head to the store just before 6p. An HOUR after I was notified they were packing it up, it’s still not out in the portal for pickup. Status has still not updated in the app to “ready” from “nearly there! Packing it up!”I finally go up to the counter to ask what’s going on and it turns out it was just sitting in the back the whole time. What is the point of the pizza portal if it’s not going to be used? Ridiculous!

I will not eat Little Caesars again. And it’s not just this location, the staff here is friendly, but the pizza is not good. I’ve only eat at LC’s maybe 5 times in my life and I should have know better. It’s very affordable but I would choose to pay more for a decent pizza.

It took over 30 minutes for a hot and ready. The girl said the pizza is coming out go up and park I’ll bring it out was waiting over 20 minutes for the pizza I called and asked she said she forgot I said really you told me it would take 3 to 5 more minutes. 06/16/2023 5:15pm Worst Little Caesars in Pueblo. I had a pickup order. Confirmed the pickup 8 minutes away, get to the establishment for the order, cashier tells me they haven’t even started the order yet, told me 10-15 minutes, 15 minutes go by a different cashier tells me the order hasn’t even started yet. Employees standing around not working, another employee kept going outside like every 10 minutes to smoke a cigarette. This establishment is awful. Avoid Jerry Murphy and bonaforte Little Caesars. Unprofessional, useless workers, don’t care about customers or orders.
