I have come here for years and have gotten crazy crust every single time, never have I Ever seen it look like this. I asked for crazy crust over the phone and when we arrived it was not on the pizzas. So the cashier took them back and brought them out and only put it on one pizza, they took the other back again and the crazy crust on both pizzas ended up looking like this. They were laughing like it was hilarious and gave us a free pizza for it but I would’ve rather had the pizzas remade. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this was just plain ridiculous.

This pizza was as hard as a frisbee. Rock hard. There is no time on the box. So when the hell was this put in the warmer. The bread sticks were just as bad. I would be embarrassed to take hard earned money from people. I will not be back.

Food was fine but it’s almost pointless to order online since they never use the portal so I never know when my food is ready. And the people working the counter are always slow. I had to stand there while they counted the register 3 times before they helped anyone.

You simply cannot trust the online ordering system. I was updated that they put pizzas in the oven but got nothing after that. I constantly updated my email and the app but nothing changed. We could see they were busy, person after person walking out and shaking their head telling the people they were with that it would be an hour wait. We finally went in 30 minutes after the update that our pizzas were in the oven to find that they were indeed ready but just sitting somewhere in the back and barely warm.

Ordered 3 classic hot n ready pizzas and a cheese bread and got potentially the ugliest pizzas and bread. These made great value freezer pizzas look/taste gourmet in comparison. It was so bad my dog wouldn’t eat it. So bad the stray cat wouldn’t eat it. This Little Ceasars’ slogan isn’t “Pizza! Pizza!”, it’s “Pizza? Pizza?”

This is the worst I have ever been treated at little Caesar’s. It has been my most favorite pizza place to eat for ever but not any more. First of all the customer service was terrible. The guy looked like he didn’t want to even help me or have anything to do with my order. Also, the music was playing so loud that I couldn’t even hear a word he said. Second, they told me it would be a 10 minute wait and it was more like 25 minutes. Third, when we opened our pizzas we were appalled. These were the most messy, trash pizzas I’ve ever had. On one of my pizzas the pepperonis were only on like 3 pieces and the pizza was very unevenly cut. Not to mention the topping to crust ratio was very bad. There was a very thin layer of topping and basically the whole pizza was only bread.After waiting all that time for this pizza, I was livid when I saw the look of them. Overall I expected way better service and I will not be going there again.

Arrived at 8 PM about an hour before close. A person in front of me in line didn’t have the correct information and so we waited, myself and four other people, for her to figure out how to pay for the pizza. The employees made no effort to have her step aside and work on her payment to help other customers. At 8:30 they informed all of us that they could not serve us due to the fact that they didn’t have product and we’re unwilling to take the time to make more. They don’t close until 9pm. To make matters worse, The entire time we waited, the staff in the back were laughing joking and throwing pizza ingredients at each other instead of serving customers.

Terrible! I’ve tried to give this location a chances and they manage to mess it up every time! No longer going back.I order online to make sure it’s fresh and it ends up looking worse than hot n ready! They don’t update the portal so you never know when it’s ready or you still wait longer after the time it’s supposed to be ready! Then say they’ll remake but you have to wait even longer! My pizza was no longer fresh and the cheese was hard and greasy. I had to reheat it in the oven. The poor gal up front doesn’t know how to handle it and the supervisor clearly doesn’t want to come up front to deal with customers! Poor customer service and quality! Step it up or this place will end up closing.

Absolutely horrible! Went into a completely empty store, the employee did not seem like she was willing to be working. There was nothing hot or ready. Was told 1 pizza and an order of breadsticks would be an hour wait. The employee looked more pleased when we decided to leave and order from the Utah location, which told us our order would be ready in 20 minutes. We will never be back to this sorry, sad, location.
