I ordered a cheese hot and ready and discovered that Little Caesars terminology of “express” is terminology that really means the same amount of money that you normally spend but you get less food. Everywhere else where you order hot and ready you pay the standard price for that same price. The hot and ready at the express location is significantly smaller. And they would not take any coupons and I couldn’t order online. Apparently that’s normal for express. I still think it’s ridiculous, however that you pay the same amount as other Little Caesars, but you get less food. That makes no sense to me at all. I’ll make the drive to other Little Caesars in the area because I feel like I’m getting ripped off at this one due to getting less food for the same price.

The classic pepperoni and cheese are the same price as everywhere else but at this location they give you a medium instead of a large. With the only indication of the change being small lettering on the menu.

The crazy bread was pure dough, and our pizza was over cooked. We asked for crazy crust… didn’t get a single speck. It is a pool of grease surrounded by burnt crust. Never going there again.

The employee advised me that they ARE NOT required to wash their hands after handling money. They sanitize regularly… He also lied about expected cook times to deter customers (another customer told me the pizza only takes 10 min not the 30+ they said it would) The employees only smiled when I turned to leave. The young man at the register was rude and did not try to hide not wanting to be there. When I asked about washing hands he said they don’t have to bc they sanitize throughout the day. Cross contamination is a very real thing but he laughed when I brought it up. This young mans arrogance is gonna get someone sick… At best. I was told they have no manager and in fact the employee who said he didn’t wash his hands WAS in charge. Serious health and food safety violations including hot plate at the wrong temp but he yelled at me and walked away. Slamming a service door on his way. I wasn’t rude and tried very hard to just ask questions and voice a concern since people put money in their underwear. Clearly they don’t care and after also taking into consideration the multitude of health violations. Neither does little caesars or the state of Idaho.

These guys get one star because I can’t leave less than that. Every employee acts like helping you is actually hurting them, the “hot and ready” pizza is never hot, nor ready; and the waiting area is always dirty. The last few times I have gone in, I have been told that they are either out of what I wanted or that it will be at least a 20 minute wait for anything other than a plain cheese pizza, of which they usually only have 1 or 2 ready. And this is usually by an employee that acts so annoyed by my presence that they could almost be physically sick just by helping me. I know I really shouldn’t expect much out of a place that prides itself with a $5 pizza, but when that is all you really want for a quick and easy dinner for the kids, you should be able to get it; because that’s what hot and ready is. And it never is.
