Only pizza place near us on a exhausted day so we choked it down. Aren’t pineapple’s even baked on pizza supposed to be moist? Ham super dried and crispy from being dry. Pineapple only one one side of the pie and couldn’t tell if we ate the crust or the cardboard. 1 star for this desperate dinner

double check your order before you drive away. My pizza was wrong and they refused to answer the phone, finally transferred to a robot who told me to click zero to talk to a person, who then picked up and then hung up on me.

So, I went there to get 2 pizzas and 2 breadstick order and told me the total was close to $50? Got my order and it was 3 pizzas and one breadstick order that shouldn’t equate to $50. We open the pizzas and they’re completely different pizzas and they wouldn’t give us a refund but ended up give us our right order so whatever the difference was was kept by them.

The cashier that closed on 4/19 was so unbelievably sweet and willing to make a deep dish pizza when it was very close to closing. Amazing customer service !! Definitely recommend coming here. Been to this location many times and its rare when I get a fresh pizza. They always look like they have been sitting around for hours. I do love the surprise of a fresh, hot pizza though it rarely happens with little ceasars. I really like the pizza just wish it was fresh. Still one star. So disappointed. I asked for a fresh cheese pizza was told it be 10 minutes instead I get a warm pizza that look like it was made this morning. A freshly made pizza is hot this was barely warm. The location on 11400 and 700 makes their pizza fresh and they are so good. I feel like a valued customer there. This location makes me feel like a customer doesn’t matter. So disappointed.

You will spend 30-45 minutes in the store after it notifies you it is ready, just watch unattentive employees with headphones in ignore a sloth around and give you soggy overdone pizza and bread both, that were under the warmer for 40+ minutes.
