Recently ordered the pretzel pizza for the first time and loved it. The past two times I ordered it, this is what I got. Looks nothing like the advertised pretzel pizza didn’t even get the salt on it. I don’t know what changed or why, figured the first time it happened there was a mistake but now this seems to be the norm. Extremely disappointed:(

Word of advice: Never close out your till in front of a customer and say to him/her “I need to clock out. Somebody will be right with you”. But, then you still linger in back of the store in plain sight helping another employee. Other than that it was an okay visit. Food quality hasn’t changed much. Hadn’t been there for awhile.

As a self-proclaimed and notable cheapskate, I value a value. As such, I have eaten many a pizza from Little Caesars in my lifetime covering 5 different states, at approximately 15 different locations. While traveling cross country, our family stopped by this location on two different occasions. Both times the pizzas were cooked to perfection. (one of those was when the pizzas were $5; before the dreaded price hike). The cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. The crust was cooked through, but not overdone. The slices were cut evenly, with all slices being the same size, and when removing the slices they separated cleanly, indicating the cuts were made to the proper depth by a true pizza genius. The icing on the cake: I didn’t have to wait. This was exceptional in the world of fast food, a rare gem. It was as if the stars aligned to provide a simple, perfect pizza moment, and by some mystery it happened twice!! I didn’t think it was possible from a humble Little Caesars pizza shop. I almost don’t dare to return out of fear of ruining the currently perfect streak. But I will dare indeed. That pep and cheese perfection was too tasty not to. It would be a travesty to not publicly recognize the work of those adolescent employees. They have truly outdone themselves, and risen far above the stereotype that plagues their generation. Well done my teenage friends. Well done.

This is like the fourth or fifth time I have called to order take out and the phone just rings and no one answers. So today, I asked the person working the front as to why they don’t answer their phone, his response; it must not be working. That is the lamest excuse ever, when you are driving, you can’t very well go online to order…..quit being lazy and answer your phones; this is the last time I get little caesars!!!

The app wasn’t working this last weekend to order, so I had to go in the store and wait in line just to be told that it would be a 30 minute wait for a pizza. Hot and ready is not and should not be the slogan for this store. Poor planning and poor management…

Folks don’t answer the phone when they’re short-handed which is pretty much every day if you don’t order online and make it really easy for me got to wait for a long time to get your food technology took all the fun right out of it had to drive down order my pizza and sit and wait for 20 minutes for it I guess they don’t really want that much business that’s my impression anyways

Never have been good. The food quality is like any pizza, but that’s if you get your right order and before 2hr. It takes them 2hrs to make one pizza. Hot and Ready? I don’t think so. The staff at Price also are jerks, young kids who goof around and don’t do their job correctly.

Got this pizza tonight. The manager hung up on me when I called to ask if this is an acceptable pizza. The district manager was annoid when he had to call me to explain this is an exceptable pizza from Little Caesars.. That is how they look…. And after him lecturing and making excuses and lying about wanting to make it right because he continued lecturing and making excuses. …. You get what you pay for.
