Called ahead and placed an order over the phone. Set a pickup time with plenty of time for them to complete the order. I arrived at the set pickup time, and the food wasn’t ready. I sat patiently while they finished cooking our order. We got home and realized all the food was burnt. The kids helping me seemed more interested in joking around than helping make things right. I hope this location can figure things out.

I’m all for giving a new business a chance to get up on its feet and make some newbie mistakes, but after the fifth time coming here and ordering a Pepperoni Extra Most Bestest pizza each time, we have had the same frustration. This last time we tried ordering the Detroit Style deep dish pizza and attached is a picture of the sauce mess we got. Someone at this location really loves loading up the sauce. Each time the ratio of toppings to sauce is way off. It’s a sauce bath pizza essentially. Easy on the sauce, make sure you’re measuring correctly and not guessing amounts. I want to support our local businesses, so my hopes are that things improve.

I ordered online and gave them about 20 minutes before I arrived to get my pizza. I still had to wait about 40 minutes!!! And my thin crust pizza was cold and so was my Hawaiian…..the two pretzel crusts were torn and had little to no pepperoni. But I’m giving this 5 stars because…. there was one worker her name was Dakota I think…..worked soooo hard to help me and make sure I got them and was trying to run the store herself! Or so it seemed seemed because everyone else was just slacking off. And it seemed to be very busy.

My order wasn’t ready unlike they told me. I ordered online, was told my order was ready and when I arrived they hadn’t even started it. I wasn’t the only one either, there were four of us waiting. On top of that, they forgot about my order while I was in store waiting so it took even longer. Only one person came up from the back to even take any orders and the rest of them were too busy messing around the back to even come up the register or the window. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. They really need better, more mature management around to keep these guys accountable. Really frustrating as we like Little Caesar’s, but waiting almost an hour when it was supposed to be ready is unacceptable.

We called asking for a refund for our 60 dollars worth of pizza due to a mishap with our doordash. Whoever was at the counter was no help as we asked to speak to a manager. We were obviously upset and were referred to doordash, then about an hour later we got a call from the santaquin police asking why we threatened the workers with a “gun”

They are always at least 20-30 minutes later than “promised” pick-up time. Pizza is left on the counter and cold many times. Watched an employee, dropped a bag of breadsticks on the floor, picked them up , pushed the breadsticks back in, and then proceeded to still serve them to someone at the window. Employees don’t care about customer satisfaction AT ALL! Santaquin, UT location.

When they first opened this location, I was pretty excited, especially since the one in payson is so horrible. Here we are now, and they’ve fallen into the same path as payson. This has happened to me twice, but most recently today. I called in an order, since you can’t do any customizations on the online ordering. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, so after 15 minutes I drove up to pick up my order. The guy asked me how he could help, told him I was there for my order, then I waited there for another 20 minutes. Another kid asked me what I was waiting for, and when I told him, he seemed very confused, and spoke to another guy, when I overheard them talking about the fact that my pizza hadn’t even been made yet. So, I told them to just forget it as I left the store. The same thing happened to my wife a couple weeks ago. Difference there was, they noticed the issue when she first walked in and were able to make it in 20 minutes. Not sure why all the little caesars around us are so poorly managed.
