Customer service was decent, but slow. However, my biggest disappointment was the cheese pizzas. They were trash and a waste of money. We ended up throwing them away and I would never go back again ever. I won’t recommend it to anyone especially if you’re in a hurry.

Ordered delivery and received 2 pizzas that were horrible not only in appearance but also in taste. Delivery driver showed up with a big dog sitting in front seat he could control as it was driving my furbabies crazy. Then got the pizza out of the trunk and well look at the pictures cuz picture speak louder than words

Don’t “Pre-Order” from here! It’s a waste of time!!! They cater to the one’s who just walk in and pick up. This was my second time doing a “Pre-Order” at this location and it’s not done when I get there! I go at the time it tells me it’s done. I walk in and wait another 10-20 minutes! Meanwhile, people walk in and order on the spot and get their pizza before me! Their Pre-Order method is Not their Priority!

I got a pepperoni pizza, or let’s say breads with cheese, this pizza was so dry no sauce whatsoever only cheese pepperoni and bread, really disappointed even though they raised the price they don’t do a good job with the pizza.

I experienced bad customer service! I called ahead of time to place my order! When I got there, they told me my order was never created! So, I had to wait another 15 minutes, to supposedly get a fresh pizza. Instead I got a burn, crusty pizza!
