Made an online order picked it up and the pizza was all burned. It was not busy at all. You would think they would make fresh pizza but looks like they just gave me an old pizza put new cheese on toppings and burned it. Never going again. It wasn’t even worth driving back.

Sometimes it’s not what’s on the outside and rather the inside (flavor inside) that counts. A little droopy faced but the jalapeño cheese sticks were good af! It was like a 3 way the other one got forgotten about … sorry pepperoni pizza it just wasn’t working out I rather be with jalapeño lol . This location does get busy so expect some wait time other than that thank you for my dinner !

Went there and a guy came in because they sold him really old pizza. The cashier took the rest of the pizzas to the back because they were old. And then gave them to the people who were waiting in line. The nastiest old and hard pizza plus the dough already tasted sour from how long they had been there. People are paying for the food it’s not free. There’s no reason to give people that nasty old stuff. Please to better. You will get people sick.

I waited for 30min to get two Classics pepperoni pizza and Crazy Combo. I got home open up the box took a bite of my slice of pizza and it tasted burn and dry the cheese looked like burn grass on it. Me and my kids were disappointed for tonight dinner. I don’t recommend this place.

I have picked up an order from this location a few times now, and cannot complain. The staff is pleased and efficient. The new order system is sometimes giving them a little trouble (pro tip: ask for an order based on the name, rather than order number), but they do a good job regardless. The neighborhood is a bit rough around edges, with homeless people right at the doorstep to the business.

If I could give no stars I would! I’m so disappointed with the horrible service and disrespect I had to deal with. I ordered a classic pepperoni with light sauce at 6:38pm. I came back after the 15 minutes the cashier said it would take to make my pizza. It was already 7:00 pm so I asked how much longer. The cashier said it wasn’t ready and I’d have to wait. So I waited till 7:15pm just to be told my pizza was sitting in the heater oven the whole time so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager just refunded my cash. I told the manager that my pizza was sitting and I’d like to have a fresh pizza and even a regular hot n ready would fix the problem. She refused and refunded my money. She Wasted 60 minutes of my life and didnt even have the audacity to speak to me when I was trying to conversate and communicate what my problem/issue was. A simple sorry would’ve sufficed and been more professional. I’ll never be back to this location. Do better! Not to mention customers were stealing sodas because they weren’t paying any attention to what was going on in the Lobby RECEIPT IS A COPY/DOESNT SHOW REFUND*
