I want to give a complaint and I will be calling customer service on Monday since its the weekend I wont be able to get a hold of anyone. I paid 11+ for a Hawaiian pizza and what I got was a poorly made pizza went back and got it exchanged and it wasnt any better I just feel that the pizza could have been made better.

Ordered Italian cheese bread. It looked like they put little effort into making this look presentable. This looked like bread sticks with a small amt of cheese and seasoning. Typically this food item has a nice crusty base with evenly portioned cheese and seasoned well. What I got was opposite. Very dry, bland. 2 sections didnt have any cheese or seasoning. Very dissatisfied.

I recently went here to get pizza for the family and I am disgusted the atmosphere there was incredibly dirty and unprofessional it felt incredibly uncomfortable it was run by a group of lazy teenagers blasting tiktok on their phones and calling their friends to complain about the work it was not clean at all the floor was littered with dirty napkins it was incredibly sketchy the lady before me took her pizza back and asked for a refund because she said her pizza was moldy. I took my pizza anyway, and when I went to check it, it looked horrid it was thrown together with massive chunks of onion that were cold not to mention the dough was wet and practically see through and when i had asked for a refund they complained saying thats what all our pizzas looked like, i insisted on a refund and I was told not to waste their time next time! I was lied to about their being a manager until the conversation went further and I was finally told I could have a refund i went to grab my card and 2 homeless people went in after me and took it for free I’ve been going to this little ceasers 1984 safe to say I will not be going back to this one and neither should you

They never answer the phone. Even when clearly it’s slow and the girl upfront is just sitting around. Inconvenient to have to drive to the store, place order, and then wait. Second time it’s happened. The last time my husband went in and ordered around 9:20 pm and when they handed him the pizza a guy told him, “btw this was not made with care”. Pizza was burnt. If you don’t want to work there or work late, get a different job.

I’m giving this location 1 star because the service is poor and the quality of the food is not like it used to be. I just ordered a pepperoni pizza and some Italian cheese bread made fresh and when I got the food it was absolutely horrible. For 1 it was definitely not made fresh. It wasn’t even hot and there were slices of pizza with no pizza sauce on it at all!!

It’s a hit or miss with the pizza whenever I get their hot-n-ready. It’s never inedible but there’s definitely times where the quality fluctuates. The staff is always super friendly and professional, and it’s my favorite Little Caesar’s place. Excellent price point and will be returning.

8.99 for 8 wing’s, not even a dozen wing’s. What a way to save money is to give 8 instead of 12 wings in a order and those 8 wing’s are small. If you are looking for a good deal it isn’t here at Little Caesars Pizza. They also don’t deliver.
