Went here to pick up a pizza to have a family night, when I got there it was super fast and very polite and professional. The pizza was super hot and so was the bread sticks, took it home and ate it. It was very good and fresh. Before I went here, the pizza tasted like cardboard. I made sure to ask for the fresh pizza that was just made, that’s what they gave to me.

The hours of operation posted states 9pm, however they lock there doors way before that. No pizzas are ready and everytime I’ve been there, my Hot and “Ready” takes 15 minutes. I honestly think they do that to get people to leave. EMB has 30% more Pepperoni and cheese. Tell me these pictures represent that. Poor management of employees. Probably would recommend Dominos over them.

We ordered the pizza on the phone around 3:30 pm and they didn’t have it ready till 4:30pm. Long wait time not just for us but for others as well. Food… one of the crazy bread was too hard the others were flat. Pizza was ok. They gave us free wings for the wait but still took too long.

If it’s only 8pm and someone asks for a cheese pizza, the response should not be, “were only making pepperoni pizzas”. Ummm, you’re a restaurant. You make what the customer orders. Can’t just assume what they’re going to want. Wouldn’t it be easier to then only make cheese pizzas? Even the ghetto little Caesars on trekell makes what you want when you order, they just ask you to wait ten minutes- which we would have. You guys are doing too much, or should I say not enough. Did you just assume everyones orders …? What the heck is wrong with you.
