Horrible customer service. We had ordered the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce and an order of crazy bread. When we got home and opened the pizza it was regular crust pizza with cheese sauce. So we went back to the store to ask them if they could redo the pizza and the little girl at the register started arguing with me telling me it was the pretzel crust. She was very rude and not customer friendly. I finally just asked for a refund. Sad that that’s the face of that little Caesar’s.

Although this was one of the better ones I have ever been to, the cashier forgot one of my pizzas and I had to wait even longer when I was already in a hurry. The waiting area was extremely hot due to the sun hitting directly on you through the windows. I think this place could definitely benefit from some tinted windows.

Zero stars is not an option so I gave them one. Unfortunately I cannot tell you the pizza and service was great. We went in at 9:18 pm to pick up a couple quick pizzas. I could have ordered on Door Dash or Uber Eats still, but we had to go out anyway…they refused to make ANYTHING. And All they had was cheese pizza. I guess I should’ve just used Doordash. But it doesn’t make much sense that i still had time to order it, but too late for pickup?

Little Ceasers at this location is never hot and ready. Its 2pm and they dont have not one hot and ready. Guy working the counter says 15 minute wait. Seems like when ever I go here they never have pizza ready. Maybe it’s time to stop offering HOT and READY and name it ORDER and WAIT instead. Wont be wasting my time any more at Little Ceasers ORDER AND WAIT! Ok so again today no pizza is ready. This time I called first. I’m 5 minutes away but will have to wait 15minutes. Stop calling it hot and ready because it never is ready..

Picked up a order of breadsticks and marinara sauce with a pizza. Got home and the marinara sauce had mold in it. Took it back and manager tells me I don’t know how that would get in there we just made them this morning. No apologies no can we offer you anything for the trouble. Have been here plenty of times and no problems until today.
