We just had our first Little Caesars experience. Terrific to say the least. Ordering was easy – phone order. Pick up was right on time. Store was very clean and check out very simple. Employees were very courteous. Much better than other vendors. We’ve found our new pizza shop and we’ll be back. First time we’ve used Little Caesars – was impressed. This is no “through it all together” pizza joint.

Asked for a hot and ready. They said 5 minutes. 20 minutes later i finally go ask if my pizza was ready. It was there for who knows how long, but the employees were so busy chatting and laughing that they couldn’t be bothered. Never going back. June 22nd, from 5:16 to 5:35pm. Literally no one there cared enough to hand a pizza to a customer. It’s fine, I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Complete lack of business etiquette and just overall decency. Amazing that they’re receiving a paycheck to stand around laughing while customers aren’t being taken care of

I wanted to take a moment to give proper credit to this particular Little Ceasar’s location. I actually had boycotted this store based solely on the folks that worked there and their awful customer service. The previous group treated customers in an unprofessional manner and almost never got the order right. They had a “you’ll get what we give you” mentality and it was frustrating and just an overall disappointing experience every time. I decided, after a 6 month hiatus, to give it another shot and I was absolutely astounded at what a positive customer service experience I had. Not only was I treated like an actual paying customer but a young man named Trevor greeted me, took the time to make certain my order was correct, and did so all with a professional demeanor. Im not certain if this store is under new management or whatever the changes are that have been made but please keep up the good work. I will be returning again and again thanks to the awesome group that are working there now.

I have used this Little C for multiple kiddos birthday parties and it is always so easy! Ordering ahead on the app or phone is great. I most recently ordered on the app then called to move it up by an hour and they had it ready for pick up in less than 20 minutes. They’re awesome! Super friendly and kind staff and management. Tasty affordable pizza made right every time. We’ve got yummy hot and ready before too! Great value.

Upon entering this location I was greeted by a friendly staff. I had placed my order online, but to my mistake it was to a different location that I was unaware of, and would’ve taken. about 15 minutes to drive to, and by that time my order would not be fresh. But this location was very understanding and accommodating and made me my order fresh.

I placed a pick up order at the wrong location for the wrong day and the manager on-site was very accommodating to my tired driven mistake.
