Never again. I would give 0 stars for this review if I could. What they are serving is not fit for a dog. The dough wasn’t made right. Smelled fermented and the pizza was tough and chewy. The standard quality has gone downhill significantly. It’s really too bad.

I don’t know who they had working tonight. But whoever is making the food must be blind. My pizza looks like it just survived a california wild fire. Not to mention the crazy bread is dryer than my instagram inbox. Also had to wait an extra 5-6 minutes after already paying because he didn’t know how to scan the box. Never had an issue with this location until today. Will not be getting food here after today. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. No reason I should chip my tooth on a piece of pizza. Dookie ️

Single worst pizza experience in my life. Ordered on the app, watched the progress, showed up leisurely, and still waited over 35 minutes for an order that was supposed to be completed 10 minutes before I arrived. That’s a 45 minute delta. No customer service. No one to assist you when you arrived. Absolutely terrible service and didn’t deliver on their expectations. No even a little.

First time writing a bad review on anything but this place is getting out of hand. This location is run by nothing but irresponsible kids that don’t want to work, they had 2 cashiers and one if them kept being on their phone while there was a line of customers and others waiting for their orders, then you hear the staff in the back goofing off. AND this is the 3 time that I get a thin crust looking pizza for a classic pep, it didn’t use to be like that. Not ordering from this place again, better off getting a frozen pizza from Fry’s.

Worst experience ever. Have ordered many times from here the same meal. The bread sticks were floury and they are chancing on the deep dish pizza. The pizzas are more expensive then the others and used to be good this time they were flat and the dough was the same as the cheese bread. Horrible experience.

Ordered online . The app says it’s ready by 8:12 p.m. apparently when you get to the store they tell you it’s not ready and there’s other people waiting also for there food. why have an online app . upon looking at the reviews management is not managing which only means one thing headquarters would love to see your ratings I’d be happy to send them a little email.

I’m not giving the store 5 stars I’m giving the cashier Makayla five stars. She was the only good thing about this experience. She was welcoming and professional no matter how the customers responded to their orders being late. The manager at the time was the opposite and didn’t even acknowledge the customers even when there was an issue. This young leader Makayla has one bright future! Thank you and keep it up.
