The manager working Sunday april 23rd was amazing. Talk about being a team player,constantly helping out and very professional and customer service oriented.Quick and efficient. Should be commended for their work. Highly recommended. The new stuffed crust pretzel pizza was amazing. Try it ,I think you will be surprised at how good it is.Would order it again in a heartbeat!

Food and service exceeded my expectations. I was greeted with a smile and was out the door with 2 hot and fresh pizzas in less than 7 minutes. Really good pizza from this location honestly. I usually order thru the app and when I get there it’s done. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s when everyone is ordering at once during supper time. The parking lot is a little tight and there’s usually some folks hanging around outside.

On this random gray cold day, my first ever entrance to this particular LC, there were many (and i hate to come off this way) possible bums waiting in a line wrapped around this tiny store. Yes i know everyone needs to eat and they shouldn’t be neglected from entry. But the problem was… THERE WAS ONLY ONE GIRL WORKING THE ENTIRE FACILITY!!! She had to work the cash register, prep the pizzas, cook them. And when you’re talking about a single person placing multiple pie orders… forget it. I knew i would be in there for hours… so i just left after like 5mins. Never even made it to place an order.

The store I went to probably needs the National Guard to come and bail them out of the jam they got themselves into. Not only did I wait an hour for my pizza to get done even though I used the app. When I got home one of my pizzas was nearly Raw. And the other one was nearly inedible. I have to say I probably will never ever eat at Little Caesars again and I will do everything I can to ensure the people I know do not as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Forgot my order, didn’t find out until after waiting for an hour, then they couldn’t even give me a refund because the computer froze. I honestly felt bad for the lady working there because it was so busy, but someone needs to do better. I don’t know if it’s the general manager or corporate, but overall a terrible experience and a waste of time.

Everytime I order from Little Ceasars, the pizza is VERY greasy, which I don’t get that problem at Pizza Hut or Papa John’s. And this location is horrid with multiple homeless people ALWAYS loitering around everytime I visit. I even had to stop in the entrance to the parking lot, get out of my car to move 3 shopping carts, just to be able to get into the parking lot! Customer service is okay, not bad, but not great, so not enough to redeem this place. I have decided never to visit this location again after having to get out and move the carts, and deal with the sneers and glares of the homeless.
