We frequent this location but no more. The last two times we ordered from here was very disappointing. I filled out the survey and complaint form online but was never reached out to by management in both incidents. The pizzas had hardly any sauce or cheese not to mention the crust waa rolled out all wonky, with one side of the pizza way thicker than the other. The crust was so hard on a few of the pizzas you couldn’t hardly bite into into without it crunching into flakes. I will let the pictures speak for thselves. Horrible lack of customer service with no attempt to correct anything.

I’ve been here on more than one occasion I live in this neighborhood and it’s the only little Caesars around! I live little Caesars till I moved to this side of town the food is never accurate it’s always burnt or undercooked! Not pleasing when it’s the only money you have and your trying to feed a family of 5 lines str always extra long and it just seems that do etching is not right in this place . I thought that maybe if I pre-ordered it might be a smoother visit and better food I was absolutely wrong ‼️It was worst ♀️ my crazy bread bread was still crazy raw and my pizza was burnt the Bestest

This location never disappoints. Come early come late foods always good pizza is hot and cooked just right. Wings are always good. Only thing I would say is carry coke and ice tea instead lol but all else is good. Crazy bread needs more butter maybe sell it on the side too

Let the picture tell the story here. I was going to give 1 star, but I’m giving 2 stars instead because they were very kind on the phone and replaced the pizza with no questions asked. The manager let me check the new one to make sure it was ok. I appreciated that a ton, but I can’t believe they would actually sell a pizza as burnt and poorly made as this one. It’s actually pretty funny.

As usual they had just given out the last of the hot n ready. D*mmy at the window says 10 min wait and I’ll bring the pizza out to you. Wait was 40 mins and I had to go inside and ask for it. I noticed the cook is not wearing a hat. His long locks are hanging over the pizza(not wearing a hat or hairnet is a health department violation). Kinda lost my appetite. So disappointing. I won’t be back anytime soon. Finally, no nutrition in their food–all junk.

Called in an order because this location was on my way home, thinking I’d get a fresh pizza given the request to have parmsean and butter placed on the crust. Boy was I wrong, the pizza appeared to be a “hot and ready” that had been sitting all day that they put back through the oven. What a shame, it was awful. Definitely will drive the extra fewmiles to the next location on Misson and Ajo like usual, never had this happen there.

Walked by 3x and looked at us before finally answering the drive thru window (a female with long lashes). Told us the wait time for a hot and ready was 10 minutes brought us an uncooked pizza with no tomato sauce. Wasn’t even near closing time

Today the pizza was a deep dish cheese, it was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the new stuffed crazy bread and it was life changing! The garlic butter is so good and when we now add the cheese surprise in the middle.. win win. We ordered online and set a pickup time for 30 minutes out. Arrived at scheduled time via drive through window and it was ready to go. Very kind employees and all had masks.
