NEVER GO HERE!! Waited 30 minutes on Crazy Bread, they made SEVERAL orders of Crazy Bread for people who weren’t even in the store. Employees need to find new jobs, absolutely no customer service care at all, not even a ‘what can I get for you’ simply just a monotone hello and then nothing. Watched the employee make a total of SEVEN different orders of crazy bread name then put them in a heater. Once again NEVER GO HERE

We ordered through the website and were quoted a time. When we arrived at the given time, the food was not ready. We were told it would be 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes our order was still not ready. Over 45 minutes AFTER our quoted time and we are still waiting for just two pizzas. There has been no concern or sense of hurry from the staff. Completely unorganized and a complete lack of customer service.

Walked in tonight at 615pm and placed my order for the pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni and half jalapeño. The associate stated it would be 10 min. At 640pm my pizza was done….well almost. no jalapeño so a kid in the back added the jalapeño and put it back in the oven. WHO DOES THIS? When the pizza came out I looked at it and no salt. Incompetence when I asked for a refund the associate stated he didn’t know how to refund credit cards. When I mentioned about the pizza being put back in the oven again after adding the jalapeño he stated “that’s what we were trained to do. WOW. I don’t see this place being around very long. So sad.

First and last visit to this location, my pics corroborate my story. I ordered online and got there around 10:20am (they open at 10:30). At 10:24 I got a notification that it was ready, but when I tried to go in the doors were locked. I could see in and confirm my pizza was ready but had to watch it sit there for about 6 minutes before I could pick it up. Also, my order was an extramostbestest sausage pizza and this is the first time I was completely let down by my pie. As you can see in the pics about half the pie had 4 sausages per slice. Very bad experience, someone needs more training.

This is my 2nd time at this location after a year 1/2 and their Crazy bread is still dry and each slice of pizza toppings, cheese and sauce is not consistent. A few slices have cheese, sauce and topping to the edge of the crust and some slices the rest of the slices are lacking cheese and toppings.

Simply a disgusting place with a bad serive run by kids that don’t care about customer service. There is almost no day I order from this store that they don’t mess up my order. Today I ordered online. Got to the store 5 minutes before order was ready. Waited for 25 minutes and asked for my order and theey told me thay are still working on it. 15 minutes later I asked again my order was in the machine since I got in the store, but my name was not on the one screen working because the other was off.
