Terrible experience. Ordered online.The stores “track your order”, stated order was ready so I gave 10 minutes extra. When I got there they said didn’t know what happened it would be 10 minutes more. Asked for a refund & of course didn’t know how to do that. So after an hour of placing order, no pizza, I finally got a refund but nothing offered to compensate for their mistake. Not going back.

I accidentally ordered pizza to the Taylor location on my way home from a 9 hour road trip and didn’t realize until I walked in the store. The lady at the counter was super friendly, and she had it made here at no extra charge. This is the best Little Caesars I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot, lol.

I normally love little Caesar’s but this one has gone way down the service is bad and they don’t care if they make u happy at all my wife placed an order on the app it all went through I go to pick it up and they say they aren’t making pizza or opening today they would refund it or anything just pretty much told me they weren’t opening and I was just out of luck!?!???? Well not I will very rarely go here.
