Ordered pizza online after being instructed by the heffe to do that before coming in. I basically bought the supreme. After paying $27 for that pizza, I realized we wanted an order of cheese bread. Online site would not take my order. I used two different cards with plenty of dough. I guess the order was under the minimum order amount? It seems this place has been very difficult for the last couple years. Maybe time for new manager?

I can’t even give this place a star but I had to click 1 in order to share this horrible experience. You can’t get a pizza after 7:15. I was in line with several other people. I got to the counter and was told there was only bread sticks and wings left. I asked what time they stopped making pizza and was told they are open until 8:00 – that was not an answer to my question. As I was leaving, they still had a line of people that they were not advising there was no pizza left and they wouldn’t make any more. This is not the 1st time I have run into this. This is not the only pizza place in town. I would recommend anywhere else.

1st time the pizza was absolutely disgusting. Told 15 minutes and it ended up being 40 minutes!! Gave it another chance and it was the exact same. Manager hung up on me and when I went to get my order my pizza was not crazy style like I asked. I called and he rudely said to come back and he’ll replace it. Told him I was already 10 minutes away and basically home and have kids to feed and by then my other 3 pizzas would be cold. He straight up said “then there is nothing I can do for you”. I absolutely refuse to return to this location and HIGHLY suggest you order somewhere else!!! I’m tired of being treated rudely and constantly getting an attitude from employees!

This restaurant doesn’t answer their phone ever, cant order online as of now and they canceled my daughters birthday pizza order that was placed weeks in advance without notice or reason. There are snoody teenagers when we have gone in to place and order and the environment is unprofessional with music blasting. employees don’t have customer service skills and make the customer wait in line while they are screwing off messing around with each other. If given the option I wouldn’t even give them one star, the place needs to be closed down!

STAY AWAY! Staff is awful, they never answer the phone, they never have hot n ready available and slow as hell. Kids wandering through the back in the cooking area. Plan on 30-45 min for a to go order to be ready, worse at lunch. I stood at the counter the last time for 15mins (30mins after placing the order online) and no one asked of I needed to order or what I needed.

This is the worst Little Caesar’s! They NEVER answer the phone. My husband and I have tried to order over the phone on multiple different occasions; the phone rings forever and then just hangs up. The little blonde girl, that we believe to be the manager, ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE AND IS EXTREMELY RUDE. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place.

Here’s a picture of two halves of two different pizzas. They were both “Extra Most Bestest” with 1 added topping each. Clearly there’s NO pepperoni, hardly any cheese, and some slices didn’t even have any topping. I’ve always had a good experience with Little Caesar’s but this location is something else. I also called and tried to explain the issue. The guy said bring the Pizza’s in so I could explain what wasn’t to my liking (like I was already doing over the phone) and he could possibly remake it but in a tone that made me sound like I was lying. I don’t know if the cashier or the cook made the mistake, but I had 8 hungry people to feed and there was no way I was driving that far out with the pizzas I already had so this guy can “verify” if they made a mistake. He also hung up on me while I was explaining that, so I definitely wasn’t going to trust any remade food from them. Maybe it was Brian on the phone. Maybe it wasn’t. The receipt says Brian so I’ll say it was probably Brian on the phone. Thanks Brian.

Ordered 3 pizzas, one with light sauce so had to wait 15 minutes. When my order was ready all the pizzas looked the same. I asked the lady behind the counter which one was light sauce and she says I don’t know. Long story short, they do not mark the boxes with light sauce or do anything to identity a pizza with light sauce.
