Horrible experience! Online order to be ready in 30min via the website. Took an hour and a half. 14 people were piled in the lobby upset waiting for their orders. Staff was overwhelmed and rude. Food all over the lobby floor to add. Only to come home with the wrong order and bread sticks and cheesy bread raw. I have always been a Little Ceasars fan in the past. I just moved to this town and this restaurant severely disappoints. Don’t waste your time, money, health or sanity at this place. Sadly, It’s broken beyond repair.

My husband and I went in for pizza, we walked in and music was blasting, no one came to the front but some lady with dark short hair seen us but had her back turned the entire time and didn’t help and I walked to where they could see me trying to get their attention and some big guy was doing something, had the biggest smile on his face till he seen me. The lady wasn’t wearing gloves and I seen her licking her fingers while prepping or making pizza also doesn’t have her hair tied up, not FOOD SAFETY. I was disgusted. They hid in the back after they seen we were there. What a joke. I wish I could post them but some reason it’s not giving a choice to upload a photo but I do have proof of them standing there doing nothing.

I tried placing an order over the phone 3 times and never got so much as an answer. I was trying to call ahead for the amount I needed but kept getting sent to voice-mail. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. It only makes sense to call ahead to not burden the employees with a massive order as a walk in but if no one cares to take orders ahead of time I’d rather go anywhere else because I simply won’t be ignored. Super unprofessional and sad if this is the place most people count on for fast and friendly service.

I really don’t think this even deserves a star. I thought $25 no big deal what do I really have to lose. Well I stand corrected! It was a total waste of money and more importantly my time. Detroit Style Deep Dish meant a raw dough pizza that even rebaked was terrible. I tried call to complain 4 times and no answer. Even the dollar store pizza that is gross is better than this mess.
