This store has the worst employees EVER. Clearly none of them were taught appropriate customer service. Noone greets you when you come into the store and you will stand there forever and they will act like they can’t even see you. Whoever hired the people that work there clearly doesn’t know the way they are when there is no manager on duty. At least say hello to someone or help them instead of pretending like you can’t see them that’s just so rude!!!

By far the worst pizza experience/service available in Las Cruces and I’m talking for my experience. I’ve never complained about this place but today was the last straw. I’ve gone here multiple times they always have an attitude. They always have a smart remark for everything and last, but not least, they never have any so-called hot and ready’s available and to top it off. When I order online my pizza still takes forever to be ready and it just so happens. I can never get down into the lobby because whenever they get busy or feel like they don’t wanna deal with people. They always have a habit of locking up the lobby. And I’m surprise as it being a franchise that they have not noticed their employees locking up the lobby early and even turning off the lights to make it seem that they’re close and yet the company does nothing to do about it, or do nothing to notice it for a huge company in franchise this is humiliating did you have incompetent people working for your company let alone your own franchise

I’ve been to this little Cesar’s alot of times and I’ve never had to wait that long for a pizza.. today Aug 9th I went drive thru around 1 pm a young tall guy was at the window told me to wait 8 min for my order and to go around drive thru to pick it up or come inside to get it. As long I remember the workers bring the order to you if you have to wait… I parked and waited 8 min went inside the store no one comes up to the register they just look at me and continue working. Then here comes the guy tells me to wait again, he then walks outside takes like 5 min to come back inside and comes with a bag of food and a drink for himself while I’m there standing waiting for him to give me my food that has been ready for I don’t know how long, another person that was in there was also waiting 10 min for 1 pizza and people waiting for him in the drive thru. Definitely very unprofessional. At the end he wasn’t even the one that handed me the food. A girl that was in the back preping came to the register and gaved me my order.

I use the little Caesars app when I order pizza here. They are usually really fast and I don’t have problems with the food itself. The only issues I’ve had is here is once in a while the app give me a time frame that my order is ready when I place my order and I’ll get a notification that my order is ready for pick up but sometimes when I arrive they will say it’s not ready and have me wait in a parking spot. The longest I’ve waited for my order after the expected pick up time was 30 minutes.

The Little Caesars in Alamogordo is the best!! Taste like it did back in the day. I’m tired of giving this location a chance. I tell them NO Sauce every time and every time I get to the window I’m given Sauce and little did I know I have to pay for the Sauce I didn’t want in the first place. So why ask if I want Sauce if your still going to give it to me and make me pay for it. Ugh

The Hot and ready Classic pizza went up in price and down in quality!! I just bought pizza and it’s dry and not cut properly so had to rip pizza that’s super annoying it’s not worth it I can go to pizza hut and spend probably 5 bucks more and get way better quality fory $$…

HORRIBLE! The service wait unbelievable my behavior may been harsh but at the time so was my child hitting me in the back,crying SO ON.(AUTISM)plus having my family waiting as we’ll….about an hr wait!! FOR nonthing to been done with our order. So I highly recommend just order online to prevent any conflicts.
