This was probably the worse pizza experience I’ve ever had. Ordered the new cheese/pep stuffed crust and instead got two rubbery hot and now regular crust. Terrible we tossed most of the second one. Ordered garlic sauce and didn’t get it. The bbq chicken bites were so charred on the top and the bottom they were inedible (tasted like cinders). Threw them away. We’ve filled out survey and requested a phone call which we NEVER got. This is the worst pizza place in silver city. Save your money go ANYWHERE but here.

I ordered online and got a text when my order was ready. I got my pizza out of the order dispenser machine. I didn’t have to talk to a worker. I didn’t even see a worker. My pizza was hot hot when I picked it up. It was hot and good. I liked it. Yum!

Worse service I’ve ever gotten from little Ceasars tonight in silver city went in to order at 930 and they told me sorry we are closing…when they still had 30 mins until they close and that was rude and very unprofessional asked for managers name and employee became hostile

I arrived at Little Caesar’s about a minute before my pizza was supposed to be ready (I had ordered online): no other customers were in the place and none would arrive in the nearly 25 minutes I ended up spending there. That tells me something about the success of the business: no patrons at 6 PM for nearly a half hour. When I came into the store, several employees in the back were laughing loudly and a young male employee (in a loud voice) uttered a string of expletives. After a minute or two, a female employee approached the cash register and asked what I wanted. I said I had ordered online. She said I needed a code and I said I had no idea what she was talking about (this was my first time at a Little Caesars in many years). She said it was texted to me. I looked: it wasn’t. I then checked my email and it had been sent there. She said I had to type in the code to get my pizza. My pizza still wasn’t ready, so I’m not sure why it couldn’t have been handed to me when it came out of the oven.

The sauce taste sort of sweet which left a acidic after taste. So I won’t be eating there again. It wasn’t to bad but I don’t like sweet sauce there has to be that pizza sauce balance. Went in and out in under 5 min.

This place says hot n ready , thats not the deal in Silver City, NM. I have waited over an hour for my orders and they were not busy , just busy talking. they never answer the phones either. Very disappointed with the Silver City store.
