Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a Slices-N-Stix for $3 so decided to try it! It’s a pizza with half made into a pepperoni pizza and the other half into Italian Cheese Stix (bread with Italian spices and cheese). The pizza was actually really good as it was soft and cheesy. The bread sticks were better than their crazy bread in terms of texture and flavor as well

After an extremely disappointing first visit to this establishment, I thought I’d try again… Still poor service/food. Sloppily made, undercooked pizza, with hardly any cheese/sauce. It seems our local store is extremely poorly run. Really disappointed, because I love Little Caesars’ other locations. 🙁

Staff was rude and gave the next hot and ready to a family member who walk in after us. We had already been waiting 15 minutes… What’s 15 more . They are disorganized and need retraining. We switched from Dominos to Little Caesars during the pandemic because they appreciated their staff and stepped it up for the community. We may be switching back. Batting a 50% average on good service with quality (not old) products.

One of the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes just to get to the window. Not only that, when you get to the window at least 7 out of 10 times you have to wait thirty minutes just to get a pizza because nothing is hot and ready. Customer service? Yeah right, this is Carlsbad lol good luck with that. Customer service is dead in this town.

I was in the drive thru and they had a long line so I went ahead and called store to place my order. The line was moving along at a descent pace but by the time I got to the window my food was fresh hot and ready right out of the oven. For them being busy and being short staffed the employees got my order out prompt. Good customer service, food came out hot fresh and fast and it taste amazing. Thanks lil Ceasars.

I recommend just using the carryout option. If you order for pickup via the drive thru, they don’t have someone stationed there consistently, so you have to wait. Waited at the window 10+ minutes. Food is what you’d expect for Little Caesars.

Went and picked up a deep dish pizza, the dough is raw in the middle, they keep getting worse, I have had a couple of good pizza from here but they are hit and miss. Will not be going here again.
