This was the order I picked up. They were already super behind and telling people who arrived, it would be over an hour wait, and they might run out of dough, so orders weren’t guaranteed. I was glad i placed my order online an hour before. When I did get my order home. Both pizzas were not cut all the way. No big deal… BUT I ordered a pretzel Crust cheese pizza. That is a regular crust with some salt drizzled on it, and it has pepperoni. The person it was for doesn’t eat meat. I ended up giving the pizza to a neighbor, and they ate the bread sticks. I was super disappointed, and I’m sure the staff was just over it as they all looked exhausted.

I asked to my pizza day because of squares and this is what they gave me half the pizza is off the dough and not even cooked right. Make sure you check your food before you leave, this makes no sense second day different lil Caesars ♀️

To be honest I wasn’t too upset about waiting but when I literally ordered and pay for it. They should give you the right order.. or atleast notify the customer that they aren’t getting what they want. If I do get food poisoning or anything will be calling in to the health board. Ordered a pretzel crush cheese pizza and its shows pure laziness in this. Just the cheese no pretzel crush or anything. Not even a “im sorry sir we don’t have anymore pretzel crust doe.”

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would !!! Not only did we have to wait an extra 10 minutes for this “fresh” pizza but the staff was incredibly rude ! The pizza tastes worse than the card board that it came in and that’s being generous! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !

Every time I order an extra most best pizza. They always come up short on something. Today was no exception. I had a 6″ circumference. In the middle of my pizza. That contained no pepperoni. Also they skimmed on the sauce.

Absolutely horrible and the cashier working between 6-630 had horrible customer service skills. She was talking to someone like trash for wanting to check his order… mind you they completely messed up my pizzas, no wonder she doesn’t want anyone to check!!! Absolutely awful, I’ll be calling coorperate to complain and report this location. My receipt says the cashier was Neievas H. Absolutely terrible service.

Made order about 9:10 PM. Did it online. Went there to pick up order but my name wasn’t on list. Waited guy came out & I gave him my name, he tells me that he canceled my order cause they were closing in 10 minute. The app said my order was ready for pick up? This person behind counter that canceled my order just said better luck next time. I use to spend as much as 75.00 a month there but guess they need better luck next time to find good people to work for them. I know I will never spend my money there & no one else should. Worst is going there & coming back with nothing krama will get you.
