Employee was extremely rude. My daughter and I were first in line and ready to order. The employee looked past us and helped the guy who just walked in even though we were at the counter. Then, as we were in the middle of our order, he interrupted us and helped the next guy that just walked in. I interrupted him and reminded him that we were here first. I tried to tell him my order for the third time, and after I told him the first thing he interrupted me AGAIN and started talking to an employee and then went to help another customer – never letting me finish. I finally nicely asked for a manager and the employee said he was the manager and told me I can order from somewhere else if I wanted to. It wasn’t even that busy, and he never gave me a chance to place my order. I never even spoke rudely to him. Horrible service and my daughter and I left hungry.

Order the Stix&Slices off the app and they didn’t put pepperoni on the pizza instead put the jalapeños on the pizza side and now have been on hold for 30 min to try and fix the order. Before anyone orders here please check your food because you will be stuck with whatever they give you. Terrible customer service and incompetence of the cooks to not make the right food when that is all they do.

Ordered online from 2272 S Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104. When I arrived half an hour later my order hadn’t even been placed and the employee was rude and said she didn’t know when it would be ready. She needs customer service training to learn some skills. Left that location and ordered by phone from 4258 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 location. Was greeted and treated much better! Customer service was great! They had my pizza done in no time!!

I honestly wish I could rate this higher but it is consistently busy. During peak dinner hours, there’s not enough employees. The wait is forever long. There’s no such thing as hot and ready. The pizza is definitely inconsistent. Honestly, they need to find at least one good manager to run the crew. There no leadership here and it has been that way for years. You get what you pay for!

I ordered my food delivery which after I placed it mentioned it was powered by doordash. If anyone knows how these food deliveries work, they have drivers pick up multiple orders at once. Well that’s exactly what happened, I was the second delivery and I watched the driver travel 10 mins away from the store while I am a 3 min drive from the store. Okay I’ll take it, that can be the chance with delivery…but of course I get the food, and the pizza looks like it’s missing cheese, it’s slightly burnt, and the crust is THIN! Too many time this LC falls below how it used to be. You now charge a dollar more on items but the quality went down $2. Make it make sense.

they are rude and never have pizza ready. I ordered on line two days in advance for my sons school and when I got to the store the day of his class party they told me my pizza wasn’t ready and they couldn’t make it. The employees don’t even say hi when you walk up to the counter or ask how many I help you they just stare at you. I honestly feel like they should just shut this location down they are a waste of space and money.

There is no point in using the mobile order system you will be waiting in the store for an additional HOUR (NO EXAGGERATION). I haven’t eaten here in two years since they gave me dirty raw dough instead of crazy bread but I decided to give them another try and low and behold nothing has changed. I am still waiting to get the food, but I doubt it will be good.

Over an hour and a half wait after ordering online and arriving at store . Some ghetto hot topic looking girl at the cashier had an attitude with everyone while her manager hid in the back “making pozza” a person with commen sense could have sent out the 30 pizzas that were just sitting in the heat box getting old with no names on any of them.. guess that’s why they make the big $$$
