Just placed an order for 3 pizza’s and some bread sticks online an hour in advance. However when I arrive the order was still not ready. No problem, I waited as I understand cooking gets chaotic. After waiting extra time, I received my order in what appears to be a complete MESS. Breadsticks rock hard and over seasoned. All pizza parts cut in unequal portions. I usually don’t fuss over this but looking at it, you can tell the associate didn’t try whatsoever to Atleast attempt to make equal parts. Seems very lazy to me, and bothers me “as a customer” paying for this but not getting what’s advertised completely upsetting.

Horrible. I went to pick up my pizza as I got the notification that it was ready in the portal and it wasn’t so I had to wait for them to give it to me about 10 minutes. Once I got the box, the box felt soggy but I didn’t think much of it. I live 5 minutes away from this location. Once I opened it, I noticed the pizza was lopsided and placed unevenly in the box. The pizza was stone cold and not cut probably as you can see in the pictures. We were too hungry to go back, but we ended up finding something different to eat at the house. I emailed corporate but no response.

Worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to let alone “fast” I waited for 30 minutes after having an online order that should’ve been ready until I decided to walkout. Every one of the workers is lazy, lasidasical and a joke. They are very rude, act like you’re non existent. There was a lobby full on 15 people 4 of the employees were hiding in the back and there was one gentlemen who was trying to figure out how to make a pizza. I never EVER lead reviews but this store needs a change at every level. There was an employee that walked out to smoke a cigarette when 15 people were in the lobby and not a single person was being taken care of. I wouldn’t come back to this location if they gave away free pizza

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and let me just say this was the worst experience I’ve had. It used to be a mix of races working and now there are only black people. I asked the girl cashier for a pepperoni because I wanted a cheese pizza but I didn’t want to wait since it’s supposed to be “hot and ready” then she says it’s about a 10 min wait. I tell her to give me a cheese instead since it’s going to be the same price. She gets mad, rolls her eyes, and walks away to the guys in the back to let them know. When I get my pizza, they give me a pepperoni one and I tell them it was supposed to be cheese and they give me a lopsided pizza with a part that’s missing the crust. While I was there, there were so many people complaining with how long the wait time was and they made sure to serve their own race first even tho others have been waiting for longer. Very bad, do not go here!

I ordered ahead and went when they said it was ready. I ended up waiting over an hour for my food. To make matters worse, no one who works there had any sense of urgency. It was like the customers were bothering them. When I got home, everything was cold, and I was less than five minutes away. I will not be returning to this location.

Worst service ever. 2 hours wait for pizzas. Very bad customer service they are very rude and don’t care about there customers. Will never ever go there again. I’ll drive to rainbow and cheyenne. At least the service is better and the quality of the food is better. Just sad if you don’t want to work there don’t come to work.

The manager was turning people away. When a few customers asked for the wait time she told them to come back tomorrow. I understand they were busy but it’s no way to treat nice, genuine paying customers who were simply asking a question.

I can’t believe I’m looking at one of your workers handling food wit no gloves , I am going to call the health Department and ask questions. I work in a restaurant also and yes it’s required to wear gloves. The cashier said you guys don’t have to so please explain to me why ? And our food is super late
