Worst ever! I’ve tried to give them a chance on occasions and they never seem to disappoint. The staff stands in the back with a lobby full of people, while one person is working. The others stand back there and talk. My pizza was sat on the rack and left there and was cold by the time I picked it up. They didn’t cut the pizza and it was stuck to the bottom of the box.& They take forever for the simplest orders ! There’s a dominos down the street and a pizza joint across the street. Don’t piss yourself off.

Tonight at 7:50pm I placed a mobile order. I arrived at the store at 8pm and waited until 8:30 to get my one pizza, drink and crazy bread. The whole time I was there only one associate even spoke to us while 4 or 5 people were just standing in the back talking. There were no pizzas ready so I could see them in the back standing around and not using gloves when handling the food. After finally getting my pizza at 8:35pm and getting home I find my pizza is half not cut and the other half in ridiculous sizes as well as well overcooked. I would like to be contacted by a manager, to wait 40+ minutes with poor customer service and a messed up pizza?! Do better business.

Never, ever on time. I always pre-order and even so, the pizza is never ready when it’s supposed to be. I’ve had it be an hour late, multiple times. This is the most inefficiently ran LC location ever! Terrible customer service there too and often the employees are standing around, ignoring customers who are waiting for long stretches of time.

Not a very good experience tonight. Ordered cheesy bread and they did not delivery marinara sauce. Ordered buffalo wings and they did not deliver the ranch sauce. Ordered a pepperoni pizza that we had to tear apart because it wasn’t cut correctly. The issue with missing sauce and a poorly cut pizza was we were not home we had the order delivered to our community pool. To top everything off the delivery was 40 minutes late and the driver was rude.

I don’t understand why the staffing at this facility is always poor. It’s unbelievable. I can order my pizza 30 minutes prior and show up fourty minutes late and it’s still not ready. The workers are young kids who could care less about their jobs and there is only 2 people working max. This is outrageous. Whosever is the owner you need to fix something. It’s ridiculous. The lobby is always packed. What happened to hot n ready? Stop being cheap and hire a proper staff! Here’s advice: If your going to only have 2 people working always have the cheese and pepperoni warmers loaded that way when people try to order something specific you can say it’s an hour wait or we have cheese pizza ready. Do something. This is seriously baffling. Definitely a reflection of Joe Biden s presidency. What a horrible economy we live in.

No AC well over 95 degreese. Waited 20 min to make a order. Had to yell to get someone’s attention. 7 people were waiting. Waited 25 min and then found out she never made my order but just took my money. Had to wait a additional 10 min to just get a refund. They were just sitting there in the back doing nothing. Asked for assistance several times. Then when I got the refund it was not the correct amount. First girl over charged.

I don’t know what the deal is with this location but the service has been poor my last few visits and they are so slow. I’ve placed online orders that day they’ll be ready approximately 30 minutes after I order but when I arrive they’re not ready at all. I’ve waited an additional 20-30 minutes for my order to be ready. That’s terrible since I already allowed 30 minutes for the original order. When I spoke to an employee about the issue once she gave me attitude and then walked away without addressing the problem or giving me an approximate ready time. I hope that they eventually get things figured out because it was pretty quick in the past.
