What ever happened to “fresh and ready” or whatever? Went in and ordered a pizza and bread sticks to be told it would be a 30 minute wait. Hell I could have gotten much better pizza from ANYWHERE else of I wanted to wait 30 minutes. And that’s delivered! Just like any other “fast food” in Vegas this is unacceptable.

Ordered 1 reg pepperoni, I thin & crispy pepperoni. received 2 regular. Crust tasted like cardboard. Skimpy on cheese, sauce and pepperoni’s. Walmart pizza is better. Too hot outside and angry to use my gas and drive back for replacement. Gave 2nd pizza to my dog. Long time before I buy Little Caesars again.

I wouldnt go back here if it was the last little ceasars open in the state. When i first started coming to this location the food was alwats fresh and well prepared but for months now everytime I go my pizza is stale or unsliced, and likepy to have little to LITERALLY NO SAUCE AT TIMES. Whole current crew needs to be fired. Coming from an ex-manager its simply pitiful

After forgetting my order and making me wait an hour. Shadaye the manager had the audacity to tell me “well your still gonna take the pizzas” after i asked for a refund. My mistake for not looking at the pizzas before i left this is what I arrived home with. Hardened cheese and cold pizza should of bought DiGiorno’s pizza

Its too bad you have to choose a star to post or else I wouldn’t have posted a star at all. This is the worst Lil Caesars I’ve ordered from. The pizza was still raw when we brought it home to eat. So raw that you couldn’t even lift a slice out of the box. Called to them to let them know about it and the person I spoke to was rude and not apologetic at all. Asked me to take pictures of the pizza, which was difficult as I mentioned it was raw. Terrible customer service. Don’t trust them to replace the pizza either. Won’t be going back!!

This place is usually great. Recently this locations gone down hill. One pizza was burnt bad, my deep dish half of it had no cheese like they rushed it. Really sad cause I live down the street from this one.
