I was told that my order would be ready for pick up at 6:55p on 7/30/23 and it was not ready until 7:25p. Also asked for extra Parmesan cheese and butter on crazy bread and it was regular. The person working the counter and prepared the order refused to fix it. He also lacked social skills and seemed like he was not happy to work there. I would definitely not recommend this location to order.

I ordered a Deep Dish lunch special and it was amazing. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I got 4 slices of pizza, a pepsi, and a sauce for $8. Ordered on the app and it didn’t even take 10 minutes to get my food.

Ordered Little Caesars online and used the portal pickup. So easy! Just enter your 3 digit code at the store and out comes your pizza. The stuffed crust pizza was awesome, and the thin crust was good but could’ve used a little more cheese since we paid for extra cheese. Overall for the price it was a good deal. Pizza Pizza!

7/24/23 Its 9:27pm. I tried ordering Italian cheese bread the manager at the front said she closing in 20 min (the close at 10) & not taking any more orders. Guess this is the way this store operates. Smh…

I decided to give this place another chance after several years of staying away. I quit coming here because the Hot and Ready items advertised were never available. I noticed today that they had simple online ordering. The ordering system is good. But it stops there. I ordered at 6:40, with a promised time to pick up between 7:10 and 7:15. I was amused, since everything I ordered is on the Hot and Ready menu, so I knew that still was a thing. I arrived at 7:15. The lobby was full of annoyed customers waiting for their food. One door dash driver was told that they couldn’t find her pizza, so she cancelled and left. I finally got my order at 7:37. I live about 4 minutes away. I got home and everything was cold, there was little cheese and alot of bare spots on the pizza, as shown in photos. I gave Little Caesars another shot, and they missed. I won’t make that mistake again.

Pick a different little Caesars to go to, this one is run by a very unprofessional staff. Every order placed is canceled by them at the store (both delivery or pickup), makes you question if they even serve pizza there at all.
