Deceptive business practices. They never have a hot and ready pizza ready. Never . Never a lunch combo ready. And absolutely never have cheese hot and ready pizza . They don’t do hot and ready unless it the expensive meat pizza. I don’t eat pork so it’s discrimination. Never have a hot and ready pizza. Just like every other one in town. And that’s why I’m saying deceptive. I stop for lunch I don’t have much time and they always make me late for work and I don’t have time to lose my job because they ar not doing theirs.

The worst customer service ever. Run by High School drop outs who have no sense of service. They will find any excuse not to work or make sure your cheap pizza is anything but trash. Every time I go there I have a problem with them. I will spend the extra money and time to avoid them at all costs.

Went to get a deep dish pepperoni pizza, got there at 6:55 p.m., they close ar 8 p.m. and I was told that they are not making anymore pizzas because they are already cleaning and putting everything away. They were only selling whatever they had left….which wasn’t much. And I’m a regular customer that goes there once a week.

I paid for a pizza and crazy bread I never received due to them cancelling my order 10 mins after it was suppose to arrive!! They have done nothing to resolve the issue after twice of them promising to remake the order, and leaving 2 voice-mail to corporate because they didn’t want to deal with their screw up, much less even apologize or make it right!

10/15/21 6:38 PM on a Friday and I couldn’t order in person, but she “has” to take online orders. That’s great for customer service. The first and last time coming to this location. A young man just placed a sign in the door as I’m sitting in my car that that they’re not taking lobby orders. That sign would have been helpful 15 minutes ago when I walked into the lobby and was ignored by the misguided girl with the pigtails.
