This is definitely one of the better Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. I really like the noncontact delivery and pickup methods they follow. The pizzas have always been hot and very well put together. You can never go wrong with a hot and ready pizza and wings with Buffalo or BBQ sauce (they are very generous with it). I have posted two pizzas from different occasions there.

Long gone are the days of hot n ready pizzas. There is never anything hot n ready except maybe crazy bread. There is one young man at the Mccarran/mae anne location (don’t know his name) that is very courteous and professional, but my experience with the rest has been sub par. Maybe a little more training on customer service and not just how to operate would help. I like the food and even though the service is lacking and it’s not “hot n ready” as advertised, it is affordable and fairly quick.

This was the worst experience in a Little Caesar’s that I’ve ever had! We ordered and waited in the store for over 45min and our order was sitting in a rack for most of the time not to mention that half of the employees were chit chatting instead of taking care of what needed to be done! They all need to be fired and all new employees hired!

Long story short, I ordered an extra most bestest pizza I wasn’t happy with it so I took it back and asked him to remake it and the pompous punk kid behind the counter argued with me and told me exactly why it was an extra most bestest per the technicalities of it and refused to remake my pizza and told me to have a good day. I probably will not be dining at any Little Caesars after that experience

Terrible customer service it’s a bunch of kids conversating in the back while customers wait. They never answer the phone when customers are trying to call in orders. Last time we went I called in our order and ended up standing in there for 40 minutes waiting because they gave my order to someone else and then told me it was in the oven and was not. They need an actual adult in the managing the place not a bunch of kids that need to be watched.

this place is so trash. they never have hot and ready pizzas prepared. i went in very hungry ready to devour a pizza only to be turned around and be told that if i wanted a pizza it would be over 25 minutes of waiting. i went across the street to pizza plus, more expensive but actually worth the wait. if your planning to buy from little ceasars i dont recommend this for and if u do go make sure to call ahead and have one made specifically for you.
