It’s been months since my last issue here with a deep dish pepperoni pizza, but thought I’d give them another try… this was a big mistake! I ordered a deep dish pepperoni with extra cheese. Couldn’t tell there was NO Pepperoni on this pizza because of the extra cheese until I started eating it when I got home. I will not call and complain, because the manager and I don’t see eye to eye. I am just done with this location, I do realize it’s only Little Caesar’s after all. Lost a customer, no more!!

I ordered online and was notified that my order was ready so like anyone would I went in to pick it up and was told that my order wasn’t ready at all it was six orders behind the current one.. like false advertisement much.. But I was still patient but after an additional 40 minutes wait I asked for more information on my order and was met with unprofessional responses and zero help.

The employees were knowledgeable. The service was quick and the pizza was hot and fresh. The customers were friendly and helpful getting hands full others out the door. How thoughtful! Nice right? This is the best location. Always get your Little Caesars here.

Things started out okay, but quickly lots went very wrong. I stopped in to pick up one pizza on a Saturday evening. I placed my order and was told it would be 15min. I decided to wait. While waiting the young lady working the counter kept spending more time answering texts on her phone than providing customer service to the people coming in to order. She also repeatedly acted as if she was being inconvenienced by having to help customers. Even when there was a line of people waiting to order she kept checking her phone antexting. I waited for the 15min then gave them another 15 before asking about my order. was told “It’s not up yet.” So I say down again and waited another 15 min. At this point I’d seen more than 15 orders be placed and filled. I again asked about my order at which time she went in the back and let the manager know I’d been waiting “a long time.” The response from the manager was “I’ll get it right out… tell him it’ll be 5min.” I should have known this wasn’t a good thing. When I did get my pizza I just took it and left. MY MISTAKE… when I got home the pizza dough wasn’t cooked, it was the wrong pizza (I ordered the Supreme and I got a 3meat. I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting the correct order to only get one.of their pre-made pizzas. Don’t go in looking for good customer service or properly prepared food.

This place is absolutely terrible DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!? Every and I mean every single time I got there the place is ran with absolutely nothing but Hispanics that don’t understand literally basi English. I had one person tell me and and entire line out the door that we needed to chill because he’s the manager while he left us in line for ten minutes waiting maybe literally longer I’m positive of that. Pizza is okay. Toppings are so randomly distributed in different densities. Pizza slices are not cut all the way and far from even. We had slices 4 inches wide and 1/2 inch wide and had to pull them apart. Cashier never made eye contact with anyone and customers barely heard what he was mumbling. Cashier needed training on equipment as he took inordinate time searching for the right buttons. The line went out the door and no assistance. Ordered ahead online, and this site never uses the pizza portal for efficiency.

I don’t know why so many people are complaining about having a bad experience with this specific store. Sounds like they didn’t get their way, because I moved from AZ to NV in the fall of 2021, and I’ve only stopped by twice before to this location, and every one of those times the employees are sweet, attentive, and they greet me. The store looks clean, it smells clean and feels fresh inside. The food has also been hot at the time of my order pickup, and I always arrive like 5-15 minutes late.

Bad customer service ever. around 3 o’clock William R took my order i ordered 2 pizzas crazy bread and wings. I sat down waiting for my order I was waiting patiently. 15 minutes went by 30 mins went by then 43 minutes went by. I got up and I asked William R if my order is ready he said no it’s not it’s allmost ready can you wait 10 minutes more so I said yes I’ll wait then 10 minutes go by I get up once again I tell him I been waiting here for allmost an hour and my order is not ready this is not right then he tells me can you wait 5 more minutes so once again I wait.then 5 minutes go by he calls me and tells me that my order hasn’t been made and gives me my money back. This is not right this is not professional this is rude they made me wait for a whole hour just to tell me that my order wasn’t made little Caesar’s needs to hire adults not little kids that be playing in the back of the kitchen I will never go back here WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
