I normally love going to this location. The employees are always super friendly when I walk in. The pizza is delicious and their bread has it’s days on being fresh or being hard. Well, last night I went and got a pizza and when I got home I noticed that it was burnt and extra thin. I ordered the normal $5 pizza. So I was a little bummed because I’ve never had an issue. I tried to eat a slice, and I couldn’t. It was just rock hard from being burnt or in their hot box too long. It honestly tasted like cardboard. I just called and spoke to their manager and all he could say was sorry about that what do you want me to do? First of all as a manager that is not how you handle the situation, and secondly there was no reason to be rude about it. I will not be returning to this location again. Make sure you check your pizza before leaving the location just so you dont get stuck with a burnt pizza or ask for a fresh one to be made!!

So I ordered a pizza with different type of toppings, the pizza I got was way too undercooked the toppings were raw the bread on the pizza wasn’t baked it was just nasty I tried heating it up at home it was just a big mess I had to throw it away never buying Litttle ceasars again
