Went in yesterday after I ordered through the app. Unfortunately, my phone died so I was not able to get the code so I told them my name and they acted like they didn’t have my order and kept telling me there’s nothing they can do cus I might’ve ordered it from another store so I kept insisting it was the right store & they didn’t even bother trying to help but after about 3 minutes with going back and fourth with them my name magically appeared on there system .

I walked inside this restaurant on a Wednesday evening because I was hungry and yearning for a Pretzel Crust Pizza also, because I wanted something to eat while I listened to my Anaheim Ducks playing hockey on the radio. I ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza fresh out the oven and the girl who took my order said it would take fifteen to twenty minutes for it to be ready. I said “That’s okay I’ll wait.” and paid with my debit card. Me being my forgetful self I forgot to add a Cheezy Jalapeño dip to my order so I can dip my pretzel crust in. She gave it to me for free which was very kind and generous of her to do so she honestly didn’t have to. My pizza came out and was piping hot and was scrum dum delicious! I throughly enjoyed every slice of pizza. I will definitely come back here again if I’m in the mood for another yummy pizza from here no doubt.

Good luck getting your order right here. This is the third time they’ve either screwed up my order or misplaced it. Girls at the front counter could care less that I was standing there saying well what do I do now they’re like well we don’t have your name or order here and then suddenly someone comes out and says Oh your order’s been in the back. No one checks on orders or cares. So this place is absolutely ridiculous. Go to any other Little Caesars except this one. Waste of time.

Horrible customer service! Hiring children! Called to make a phone order and girl who answered phone hung up on me apparently she is deaf & can’t hear what I ordered neither can she hear when I gave my name , “I’m not taking your order” & hung up , really ? Childish. Show up to store to talk to manager because when I called back to speak w manager “I can’t hear you” & hangs up again. Very rude, young & stupid employees.

I don’t know why they say they are hot and ready when clearly they aren’t unless you order through the app wich Seems to be their priority now. They told me I had to wait 20 minutes for one pepperoni pizza 40 minutes later they didn’t have it I can’t believe you have to wait almost 1 hour to get one pepperoni pizza. Every time we come here it’s either a 10-15 minute wait which is OK but Waiting almost an hour my goodness???

My son and I were entering the store to pick up an order we had ordered online. A worker who was obviously off the clock because she had all of her belongings with her decided to physically block my son from entering the store! Now let me be clear my son has a medical condition and cannot wear a mask!
