I came in tonight around 7 ordered my pizzas and waited the 15 minutes. When I went in to get my pizzas I noticed a worker with a orange shirt walk out, he looked like he had not showered or washed his shirt in months and no I’m not trying to be mean. I proceeded to let the workers know that their coworker looked like he needed better hygiene and if the manager didn’t keep up with how they appear. They proceeded to tell me THAT IS THE MANAGER!!!! The general manager and owner of this store need to be on top of their employees appearance! I asked for a refund and walked out without my order…. Nope no thank you… Please make sure your employees have better hygiene and appearance they represent your business.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up, arrived at the time that it was supposed to be ready and I went to open the locker to get my order and 2 out of 3 pizzas were missing, went to check on them and they claimed they were in the locker and after checking they said “oh, someone probably stole them”. In order to open the locker you need to put the code they sent you and when I arrived they were supposed to be ready and they weren’t. Most probably they put the other two pizzas in the incorrect locker and someone else took them. The staff was of no help, no free items or courtesy refund was issue for making me and my family wait for an additional 30 minutes. The first pizza I received was cold by the time I got home. Also, we purchased a soda and wings on a separate transaction and they told me I couldn’t pay with a 20 dollar bill because they didn’t have change. However, a few minutes later they were taking everyone’s cash and giving them change. Whoever is managing this location you need to review your staff, because some of the employees you have definitely don’t want to work there.

I sent my son in to get a bestest pizza and when we got home, it was a regular pizza( we paid for the bestest) I’ve ordered from the app twice and still had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza and the second time I ordered the deep dish and received a regular pizza folded into the shape. I just need to go to the other location even though it’s farther.

I purchased a classic pepperoni pizza for my daughter. While eating she bit into a hard object… She spit it out and to my surprise it was a finger nail!!!! It was baked into the pizza dough! When i returned the pizza the manager said “all i can do is refund your money”.. Very unprofessional. Do not buy from this location. I Will NEVER buy anything from Little Caesars again.

Waited way to long for one pizza, n they don’t know the difference between sausage n ground beef. The cooks were not handling the food in gloves. And the big flab of dough sitting on the table with a FLY on it made use leave our pizza on the counter n leave.

What can I say about Little Caesars…. the quality and quantity are consistent, can’t complain. My issue is the advertising of something being “Hot ‘N Ready” when it’s never ready during the times of the promotion (4-8pm). The staff always looks busy and there are always several people waiting ahead of me. Perhaps the upper management or owners could beef up the staffing from 3-5 to help prepare since this is consistently an issue at this location. I went at 6:26 and waited fourteen minutes, which is what I’d expect to wait at a sit down pizza place, not here. I ordered one extra most best since the young man said EVERYTHING was a 7-10 minute wait. I’ll give this location one more shot before switching to one that delivers their product as advertised!

You can never go wrong with little Caesars pizza. My only complaint is when you order online they give you a time frame the food will be ready by. Didn’t realize I was ordering during rush hour so I went at that time and my food was no where near ready. There were tons of people who did the same and some were angry. Just recommend waiting until you actually get an email saying the food is ready instead of relaying on the window it gives.
