The last 3 times I have come here for a Classic Hot-N-Ready, there is either a “10 to 15 minute” wait, or a push to buy the extra pepperoni option. What’s the point of having Hot-N-Ready if it’s never ready?

We used to be able to sit down and wait, pre pandemic. I guess what baffles me is the smaller, cramped space in front of the counter, for waiting for your pizza to be ready. However, if these are adjustments that were necessary, due to the pandemic, I completely understand. If you are claustrophobic at all, I suggest waiting outside if there are more than 4 people in line, waiting for their pizza, or you can try ordering online for pickup. The pizza pods are a great convenience.

Still a great value but they no longer put the delicious garlic sprinkles along the edge and now charge $1 for it. We expect prices to go up, we don’t expect quality to go down. The veggie pepperonis are a nice touch, they taste nothing like pepperoni but they satisfy the vegetarian this nod to animal preservation changes my 3 stars to a 4⭐️

Poor service I made a order through the pizza portal .. the pizza portal wasn’t even functional…cashier couldn’t find my order… 15 mins later I asked for the manager.. Alejandro checks and couldn’t find it then gives up and says he’s assuming it must have gotten canceled because I used a coupon at a different store..but my order still got accepted right ?? so yeah i was still charged for my order ..drove to the location and waited in line.. i was given no evidence my order was canceled and 3 days later my card confirmed the paymeny.. so I dont see why the store manager couldn’t just make it right and honor what I have on my receipt…instead Ive gotta dispute the charge now with my credit card company
