I usually order two pizzas by phone to pick up every Friday. Today I order one, got there after 15 minutes and paid. My pizza wasn’t ready. People came and go and my order never came. I told the cashier and she told me that it was almost ready. After 45 minutes it was ready. I told her That the least the could do was to let me have it for free and refund me my money. I even spoke with the manager and didn’t care less. They gave me my money and left with out my pizza. Chula Vista Telegraph Canyon. I was so mad. Not going back at all.

Anthony hung up on me at 8:23 on a Sunday night because he told me the manager said that they were done taking orders. They close at 9. When I asked to the manager he said wait a second and hung up the phone l. I came in to the store to pick it up in person and talk to the manager. I was told that there wasn’t a manager on duty??? And a nice lady helped me take my order around 8:35. Anthony was extremely disrespectful and smerked at me when I told him what I was upset about. Super unprofessional employees… since when is there not a manager??

This little Caesars was horrible go down the road to the one in Eastlake it is much better. Staff was a bunch of rude kids and the price was about 5-10% more than down the roads prices. Ordered online and even with that it still took forever , order was finally ready 25 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready according to the online order placed on their website
