This little caesars is a decent place to go to, however i did recieve a pizza that was pretty ugly as the photo shows. It had lots of spots of missing cheese and air bubbles to the max. I didnt make a big deal just went in an asked if i can get a new one or even just the money back and the cashier (nice girl) apologized and gave us a fresh pizza which i appreciated greatly. She was very kind to me and helped the situation a lot. So thanks for the great customer service.

I ordered my pizza when I left work. When I got there they didn’t have it. Told me I was at wrong store. Showed them my phone told them it shows their address and phone number. Had to reorder pizza and wait. Just wanted to get home and watch the game. Probably won’t go back.

Always good pizza and cheesy bread. Bad part is employees not allow to accept gratuity. The person working when I was there was prepping, cooking, packing and cashing. We’ll deserving of a few bucks but politely declined for fear of termination. Too bad but I’m still going there.

Horrible customer service, no one ever answers the phone, or hangs up when the call is answered. I’m not sure who owns this location, or runs it, but the place needs a serious overhaul. It’s not my first encounter with a disgruntled employee here, but at the end of the day, there’s ZERO excuse for treating customers this way.

My family and I used to go to this location all the time and we loved it. We started noticing around September/November of 2021 the serious decline of quality in the pizzas and the customer service as well. We have called and called and called and no one will pick up the phone. Or when they do, they’re annoyed with US! The pizzas will be cold and taste like they’ve been sitting out for hours, the breadsticks are literally raw in the middle it’s horrible.
