I placed my order through the app, my payment was processed. I get to the location and it is locked, no one is inside. I called corporate, and they “transferred my call to management” for refund, but after waiting a couple of minutes, it said my call can not go through. How is it possible that they can take orders and take my money, but they are “closed”. Now I don’t have my money nor my food.

I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up conveniently they happened to close at the time my pizza was ready. It says they close at 9pm and it was 8:15 when I went to pick up my pizza. They took my money from my account. So now I have to dispute this charge.

This is the worst little Cesar’s ever. Do not come here. I ordered a deep dish pizza and cheese sticks and both were given to me raw. As in the dough was still very chewy and wet. Just go somewhere else please.

They only sell what ever pizza they want to sell if it 9 pm and close at 10pm they only sell the one on the shelf can order nothing from there menu thats no good cause the manager said
