I love my local Little Caesars Pizza. They had the new Veggie Deep Dish Pizza which is so delicious! Finally got the The Most Cheesiest a try and still pretzel crust one we got the time before. The staff is always wonderful and a joy to tell I’ll be right back I have to go to the dollar store or the grocery outlet while I wait for my pizza.

Michele Perez needs to be fired or given some severe training…she will mean mug a line as they come in like it’s their fault they want their product…I’m sorry but ghetto hood attitudes have no place in customer service even at a Little Caesar’s. Either she’s high or hates her life but either way PUT HER IN THE BACK OR GET HER OUT PLEASE! I have personally seen her give attitude and make rude remarks to customers as well as myself several times when asking about online orders or even questions about the menu. If you’re picking up for a doordash/ubereats order, she’s even more rude and the only one at the front register. The whole PM staff needs to be trained on customer service if she’s the only one allowed at the front register, which again there are two and it doesn’t matter how busy they are, she will be the only one up front…mean muggin for no apparent reason.

Ordered online and came during pick up time frame, and they didn’t even start or look at the order online! So didn’t wanna wait any longer and just took a hot and ready pizza which was horrible. Still waiting on my refund for the pizza I ordered online. They don’t answer there phone either! Will not be going there again!!!!
