Cheap simple pizza, don’t let them talk you into the mostest and bestest pizza for a buck more when the hot and ready is just as good and I don’t need the extra calories and fat from the extra cheese and pepperoni. They have the mostest and bestest ready but not usually the regular pepperoni pizza, so if you don’t want to wait, you’ll end up buying what they have ready. Kinda cheesy policy, if you ask me! They have an automated kiosk where you can order through the app and pay online and skip the wait. I’ve used it on occasion and it works well and is a time saver. The looks from the other patrons are also priceless as you walk in, push a few buttons and the kiosk door opens and you take your pizza and walk out the door.

Just 4 stars because they want you to pay for a bottle of crushed pepper, I mean, should be complementary or upon request to get small sachets, not paying for it lol, other than that, pizza is always good.

I order my pizza and almost 10 minutes went by as I was waiting another customer order the same pizza. After another 10 minutes the customer who order after I did got my pizza and they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes or so I ask for my refound and went somewhere else terrible customer service

Make sure to check your pizza BEFORE you leave this store!! My son got home and was about to take a bite when I noticed the pretzel pizza he picked up was not fully cooked. I called the store and spoke to Alexis who said she was the manager on duty. She said she would take my son’s name and number down and he could call back another day to order a free pizza of his choice if he didn’t want to come back to the store today. To save my son from having to go back out there, I opted to do that. I put the entire pizza in our oven and we decided to eat crazy bread while we waited for it to cook only to find out the crazy bread wasn’t fully cooked either! These were worse than the pizza. We had an entire bag of squishy dough sticks. Instead of putting those in the oven with the pizza, I called Alexis back and told her my son was on the way back so he can show them the uncooked crazy bread. They gave us a new fully cooked pizza, and threw the uncooked crazy bread my son brought back in their oven. Overall the food was decent, but definitely not worth the extra trip or the extra 30 minute wait.

Had to deal with a rude cashier. They had us wait over twice as long as the 10 minutes the cashier told me. I didn’t really mind and politely asked how much longer they would take and he cut me off saying he’s gonna take it out right now 🙁

We stopped in late in the evening after a family event. Our kids were super hungry and we were counting on their signature Hot ‘n’ Ready pizza. Not only did they not have anything ready to go, they wouldn’t have for at least 20 minutes and didn’t bother telling us that until we asked. Got our money back and left.

First time having little Ceasars pizza in long time, 10 plus years, will be the last time. Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and breadsticks, plus ranch and extra sauce. Picked it up, got home all the ranch and extra sauce was missing, called the stor and the only option was to drive back to the store to get it, no refund or partial refund for the missing items. Drive back to the store and then have cold pizza, or just deal with missing items. Won’t let that happen again. Service was subpar overall!

Waited 25 min supposedly for a fresh pizza and pizza was as if was sitting for a while. I always buy from little ceasars in palm ave by the 805 freeway and the pizza there is good all the time. Was let down by this little ceasars.
