Honestly, in the last 8 years, it’s never been as bad as it is now. What’s supposed to be used for convenience doesn’t even operate (portal). No one cares. There’s really no sense of urgency to help each other, much less the customers. I don’t normally care about this stuff and would just not go back, but by the other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s dealt with it. I was there for 30 mins after my order was supposed to be done, and the phone was ringing the whole time, not once did it get answered. Idk if they are short staffed, or they don’t care because there’s always customers, or if there’s no standard set. Can honestly say that’s the last time. We can be upset with the employees, but it starts from the top. It’d be nice for them to take care of business and be more prompt with the timing of their orders. There’s no way I should be getting my order after waiting 30 mins after it should’ve been done, and it’s not hot.

Horrible service, every time I order from here I have to wait at least an hour before receiving my items. If they’re always going to be understaffed then Little Caesar’s Corp should just shut this location down. Huge warning to whoever is reading this: Don’t place your order at this store!

3rd time they’ve lost/forgot an app order. I’ll be going to Little Bambino’s down the street instead. Their wait times and quality is accurate. They’ve never lost of messed my order up. Can’t count on little Cesar’s to be timely anymore.

Ok so let me start by saying I always give the benefit of the doubt after a bad experience! We all make mistakes, but after one and two, and 3 like ok you guys need to step it up an app was created so u don’t sit outside the spot waiting for your pizzas! Why should I get there and have nothing ready or get charged and them tell me I haven’t even placed in order when I’m showing my email with confirmation not the first time that this occurs it’s getting ridiculous! Comon little Cesar’s get your app together don’t say an order is ready when ITS NOT!!!!!

The store itself is dirty (floor and walls). No place to sit while you wait for your pizza so order ahead on the app and wait for the notification.

4.19.22 @7:45pm – I ordered pepperoni pizza on the app Thursday. It was ready very fast and was extremely delicious in that it had perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni. However, the floor of the store was dirty with actual trash on it.

Sucks never have any pizzas ready. You order online and it says it’s ready for pick up and you walk in only to be told it’s not ready and they’re barley starting on it. Never have someone working in front either. Just terrible overall
