Worst Little Caesers of all time. No joke! I ordered my pizza and drove over to pick it up. The store was not open and I waited there for 20 minutes and nobody was there. It says open at 11 on their little sign but no employees. It was ridiculous!

Hot and ready was as the name said ready to go. Little over a 15 minute wait for a hot and ready. Inside it has been remodeled to match the new look for the chain. Service was kind and did well to move the line along.

Over the top customer service! I had a coupon and was having issues with my phone to provide it but the young man there was so helpful and kind. I requested for the pizza to be made a specific way and he got it done quickly with a smile on his face and even brought it out to my car which was totally unexpected! My kids enjoyed their pizza.

they close at 10 but apparently start clewning up at 9oclock and said they threw my two pizzas away when they start cleaning at 9, an hour before they close. ive never heard of any buisness doing that. appreciate the refund but really dont appreciate the fact they get to decide to just close an hour early because of cleaning, be aware when youre ordering here.

Horrible customer service today. Very disappointed. Came in for a couple of pizzas and some cheese bread. Place my order and patiently waited, and waited some more, then a few people came in and got some pizzas that they ordered after me, then I waited some more. Then I asked about my order 30 minutes later and they told me they were working on it. So I asked for a refund, and the no name employee (employee stated his name was forgotten) said he was not going to give me a refund and to call the manager, then he told me to chill and that it was almost done. I asked for the manager and he said there was none. Where do they hire these people. Unacceptable behavior and unacceptable treatment towards customers. I hope this employee gets the proper training to treat customers the way customers deserve to be treated.

I recently visited your Temecula location off of Margarita Road in Temecula on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 at 9:28pm. The sign in the front said they close at 10pm. When I walked in, two ladies said they no longer take any orders after 9:30pm, to which I replied, “It was 9:28pm.” Their response was, “Sorry we were told by our manager.” I asked why do they close at 10pm then? They said, that its just way it is. After I said ok, I left. They closed & locked the door as soon as I got to my car door. Upon entering my vehicle another woman and her child pulled up to the front. I explained to her what they told me, and she shook her head. She said she tried to calling multiple times around 9:10-920pm and they kept hanging up on her, that is why she came down to the shop to order a pizza. She was very upset. I was wondering is this how all the Little Ceasar’s are run, or is this just how this location is run?
