Must have caught them on a busy day (tuesday) because they were behind in orders. Went in to get order, they said should be 5mins, went outside to wait in my car, a customer coming out called my name saying order is ready after almost 10mins, i go in and had to wait another 5 mins to get my order. Order was submitted online ahead of time and they have that pizza portal. Just don’t know how time efficient this ordering system is when regular drive thru was way faster.

This specific location has a habit of lying to its customers who try to order in person and catering to their online orders. The cashier said they did not have crazy bread. When I looked at the cooks in the back, they were literally cutting sticks. According to the cashier, Apparently they do not have enough crazy bread unless you order online. Now how does that make any sense? And what happened to catering to the customer in front of you?

I placed an order online and a mistake was made on the order. I didn’t notice until I got home. That’s perfectly fine, a little inconvenient, but fine. I called to see if I can have a fixed version of the order placed. I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one picked up. I ended up going back and asked for a replacement order and if I can get compensated. I ended up getting the order fixed and extra wings.

Ordered online and arrived at estimated time for pickup. He walked over and pulled my order ticket off the machine then told me 15 more minutes. Trash customer service and trash behavior by the guy in charge.

HOT AND FRESH MADE TO ORDER!!! Best place in Corona as far as trying to stretch a dollar. $5 and up. Customer service was outstanding and no wait time for placing an order. 15-20 minutes at the most always if you order a fresh made to order pizza. Quick to answer the phone too if you need to place a phone order for pick up. Best of all they take cash and credit or debit for payment. Really good pizza too by the way! Super delicious!

Ordering a pizza should be about the easiest thing to do and they can’t do that right. Then when the app shows pick up instead of delivery, they put me on hold…I’m currently on hold for nearly 15 minutes and still holding. Don’t give them your business, they don’t deserve it.
