I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child. I attended the opening day of this location. I’m 32yrs old now! These past few months I’ve received nothing but horrible customer service. Especially within the last month. Staff is either uncaring or under the influence. There’s no urgency or professionalism whatsoever. I’ve NEVER experienced this here in Lemoore. Something needs to change. This place is a staple in this town. We deserve the bare minimum at the very least, if you’re going to be hiring people who do not care about the customers.

Ordered yesterday for my lunch requested delivery the food never arrived they claim it was delivered I talked to an a**hole manager he was a male trying to be funny. I told them so you guys basically handed off my food to a random person to which he replied with attitude “did you come get your food from inside here” I said obviously not “then I didn’t give you your order to you or anyone” I told him he was acting stupid. He refused to give me a refund. I spoke with my bank and I will be disputing charges there. Can’t charge me for something I never received. This company will promote anyone even someone with 2 brain cells left.
