I have had so many bad experience here in the past, but it’s close and cheap, so we kept going. Won’t do that anymore though. The last time, I ordered online, and said I would pick it up in the drive through. After waiting in line for about 20 min, I get up to the window and they can’t find my order. She asks when I ordered it, and at that point it was almost an hour later. I showed her the email I got after ordering. First she said that they had made it, then said they didn’t. She said they had lost an order, so would have to re-make it. They kept saying re make, but really it was making it in general. She told me I would have to drive around and park in the parking lot, and come inside in about 15 min, cause they weren’t allowed to go out and bring it. Whatever. It was already paid for, and a refund would take several days, so I waited. When I went in, I had to wait several minutes while the manager was trying to find this lady’s order. The conversation was in Spanish, but the gist of it was he told her the order was for Sunday, and she kept saying no, and showed him the email of her order. They ended up telling her they would have to make it, taking about 15 min. That place needs to get it together.

Live right up the street, constantly go here trying to give them multiple tries, yet every time it’s disappointing. They ignore the lobby when they can easily help them in 5 mins, and only seem to care about drive through. Always a 15+min wait

Good long time to hold your pizza hot less than 30 minutes like 20 minutes only if you are stuck at errands or traffic. Cool workers. Understanding workers. Good tefferic at making pizza. Inside medium space for customers to be in. Do not worry. Fast take and leave. Hard to park.

Just got my food. I asked him for a pepperoni pineapple pizza and he said he can’t make custom pizzas so I said give me a extra most bestest then & The pizza he gave me was literally card board hard. I asked the guy in the drive thru for a FRESH PIZZA and he gave me a pizza from the warmer that’s been sitting there and just added cheese on the top. On top of that I called 3times and no one answered the phone & the store wasn’t even busy.
