We have always loved Little Caesars. I don’t know when you guys stopped using fresh mushrooms, but please stop. The canned mushrooms were horrible on our pizza. Please use fresh or nothing. Our pizza was so soggy from the mushrooms!!! Please change so we can keep going back!!!

I placed my order by phone, it was taken wrong I had to wait longer to get my complete order. Had to drive back right away because I got a pepperoni instead of a Hawaiian. The Hawaiian they gave me was no longer fresh or hot. Staff was careless, really disappointed.

First problem, for the past couple months, the phone at the Lompoc location hasn’t worked, so I haven’t ordered from there. I went there in person to order my pizza the way I like it, with the toppings under the cheese. I talked to the manager and told her the phones don’t work, and she said yes they do. The lady behind me said no they don’t. She then said they’re not fixing it until they change locations. A pizza place that you can’t call? Then when I asked for the toppings under the cheese, she said that they don’t make their pizza like that. So sh put the toppings on top of the cheese. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience like this at the Lompoc store. Disappointed because I like little Caesars, and it’s a reasonable price.

I had to update My review because I used to get Great Service and Delicious Pizza but Lately I have been getting Pizza that hardly has any toppings especially when it comes to the cheese also I get the big air bubbles on several pieces. They need to do better. I hope it improves. I’ve always have liked LC.

Even for paying 5 to 10 dollars a pizza it does not taste as good as other locations. This one is always poor quality and the wait is longer than what the app says. This location probably needs new management.
